genuinely disappointed in SS for this one, there's no bass. none. i messed with the EQ and followed a lot of instruction from online, i simply cannot get any thump out of this. i have an older pair of the Arctis 7+'s and those have not real thumpy bass but it's at least enough to not ruin music

I actually would've liked to have kept these but as well as they performed on PC, on PS5 a quality experience was too hit or miss. Maybe it was 2.4 GHz channel interference but I've had other headphones work fine in my environment. I didn't bother with bluetooth connection, just want to plug & play so to speak. This would've been a 5 star rating if PS5 performance was consistent.

Good hearing poor ear comfort level at least for me we’ll see with time how this review changes or stays the same

Very comfortable earphones but audio performance was average.

They’re pretty good with some nice features, a little on the heavy side and pricy but good

Terrible due to distortion 1 week out of box sounds like robot static distortion if it didnt go bad and have to turn off and back on to make it stop meanwhile cant hear game for 10 secs at a time every 3 mins turns every sound into static robot noise...

If you buy a $350 headset, you expect it to work whenever you turn it on, without having to go through a 10-step process. Is the "audio great"? I guess, when it decides to work. But how about every time Windows updates and GG Series can't figure out it's only job? It breaks EVERY. SINGLE. UPDATE. Or when the headset is your only enabled/default audio device, and your applications just decide not to show up in GG Series. These aren't it. (Unless you're cool with 10-15 minutes of garbage when you turn them on; if that's your jam then, YEA! Go for it.)

Headset sounds great but only works half the time. Steelseries app never works, and when it does, im always having to change the input and output settings and itll reduce quality.

This thing has been a pain in the but. The control panel doesn’t work, the UI system is bad and it messes with my computer settings all the time
