Got this headset to use for switching between devices at work.
I have a desktop personal PC and a laptop work computer that I hooked this up to. Easy to install and configure, however I started noticing things as I went along....
The first thing is the output line would switch overnight to Stream from Speakers, causing the mic on the headset to talk through my speakers and into my headset every morning. Not a deal breaker, but annoying for the price.
Secondly, the device was fairly uncomfortable on my ears (which are larger). After a meeting was over, I just wanted to take the headset off my head.
Lastly, I had noise when listening through the headset in my right ear. When I disconnected the headset, that line noise was now present on my speakers. Taking the line from the speakers and connecting directly to my PC caused no issues. If the volume went above minimum on anything connected to the docking station, there was line noise.
At first, I thought the noise was a loud fan or something, but after figuring out that it was coming from the SteelSeries, I made the decision to return the headset. I have other headsets that work beautifully, they just don't have the functionality to switch between PC's without manual intervention.
At the end of the day, I can't recommend a headset that cost $240 more than my most expensive / best headset, but doesn't provide the experience I want.

The sound will blow your head off! But there is no built in chat mixing. Kinda a shame. That and i have to always adjust the dial for microphone out for it to be heard like it should.

They sound great. However for 350 dollars they should. I should not have to give my email address and login to an account to use a 'special' portion of the program that allows me to use the volume slider on my keyboard over the one on the headset. There's no reason for it except to hold features hostage behind an email address and password so they can farm your information to most likely sell it. Keep that in mind, that even at 350 dollars paid, if you want all the functionality they will require you to create an account. Even Razer was smart enough to back off that.

If you are looking for the best in terms of sound, this is it! I absolutely love this headset and I’ve had a lot of headsets. This is my favorite by far!

Big head approved. For PS5 use and works as it should out of the box. Simultaneous bluetooth connection while wireless playing is great for listening to music while playing Rocket League or grinding games. Clamp force is moderate to hard and earcups are on the small size compare to my Hyperx Cloud alpha S, will probably get aftermarket cooling gel earcups. Got them on sale for $280 at the Store, retail for $350.
