Love the different EQ options I can choose from for massive gaming on my PS5

Hardware 5 stars Software 0 starsI have bought and already exchange this product, because I thought the first one was faulty. Unfortunately, it still does not work. The update doesn't complete properly, there is no chat mix, sonar does not detect any equipment, so basically half of the product's ruin because of their complete incompetence in software development. I've been in contact with their team for 3 weeks to try and get this fixed, but nothing has changed. It would have been a great product, if there software even worked at a minimal level. Truly a pathetic performance by steelseries

Best headset I've ever owned. I've been through the ringer with gaming headsets and this one stands above them all.

The headset is super nice, no quirks and works fantastic. However the docking station will not charge the batteries. I tried to resolve the issue but have since ordered a separate charger for the NP-45 batteries. Pretty crappy when you buy a top tier headset and it can’t even charge itself.

The only thing they miss is a way to differentiate the chat and game volume. If they had that ONE option they’d be Perfect.

This headset will brick from its own updates and customer support will not help you. I installed an "update" and the completely stopped all functions of my headset. Customer service has acknowledged that the update is what has caused the issue and they will do nothing to fix it. Its a really bad company, customer service was a poor experience from

Great headset, love all the features! Except the MIC sounds horrible! Yes I tried all filters to improve MIC! Why can't the headset developer put in a good MIC (like Razor has, even logitech MIC sounds better) SMH

Worth every penny, great with my PS5, easy to set up and use.

When it worked the quality was fantastic and could hear everything detail… however mic was inconsistent my friends couldn’t hear me sometimes and there was always this robotic static noise that would come and go every single day

Great headset but you need Wicked cushion ear cups because it hurts towear
