Audio Quality - 5 Stars Mandatory Software - 1 Star Basically you have to use sonar to access all the awesome features but the software is crippled by constant bad updates and stability issues.

These just plain suck. GG is horrible. The really only nice feature is the bluetooth connection while also paired to the computer. I bought these to replace my still working Astro A50 Gen4's. The inner ANC pushout in the ear cup does not bother me like most. I guess they have that going for them? They also disconnect a lot from the Dac. Making you have to unplug the dac and wait for it to all connect again. Annoying when playing a game. I somehow thought I had 30 days to use and return these and really feel them out to make a good decision, but nope. 15 day return policy. I wish I could return these. I would even settle for store credit!

Save your money. Loved the headset. Very light, so wasn’t killing my neck and head. Sound quality fine. I have everything turned down anyways. Well, for an expensive header, they just started disconnecting in the middle of games. They make a beeping noise (fully charged), then disconnect and have to turn them off, wait a while, then they’ll eventually start working again. Just a pain; and for the money spent, not worth it.

The performance is outstanding, good sound, great controls and the battery swap feature is amazing. However the earcups become very hot after short periods of use and the anc inside the earcups rubs against my ears unless i have it perfectly sitting on my head

Good product. Well put together. The software that you need to use is very complicated. I've had the Astro a 50 and was way less complicated.

For what you spend on these headsets, they should be much more comfortable. The nipple inside the headsets bruise your ears after use. Like a lot of the convenience features for ease of use but, for $350, the audio should be MUCH better and they inside cup of the headsets shouldn't bruise your ears. I'll stick with my Audeze Maxwell headsets. Sound quality blow these out of the water, for a $50 less

Headphones would be great, but comfort for all was not thought about when designing these headphones. Everything is great except the nubs in the middle of the drivers. I believe this is for the noise cancellation, but its a big miss. If your ears aren't shaped perfectly they will be pressed against this hard nub sticking out and its just plain uncomfortable. This is the first product of steel series I've owned, and don't recommend unless you are lucky enough to have the perfectly shaped ears.

Quality feels great, sound is very nice and I would recommend it to others, especially over the sony ps5 headset.

Its been only one year and in one year my mic is having so many issues for a 300 headset i would spected to have a 2 year warranty at least the headset just passes its warranty the worst part is that i had time to claim but i thought it was a software issue but no the mic is just trash after a year that's why they only do a year cause they know that it wont last more than a year while their competitors do 2 years so yeah dont buy this headset

My arctis Dac started glitching 6 months in it wouldnt turn on.I tried contacting steel series but its really hard to get a hold of them no customer service stay away. 350 dollars down the drain.

Overall a great headset but keep having issues with the mic and feedback even with the smallest of sounds in the house

Had the headset for less then 2 months and could hardly hear from them because they had so much static.

These are ok. I had the turtle beach stealths and they stopped working all of a sudden but were actually better than these I believe. These headsets are really uncomfortable and the game sounds drains out the chat sound. Not worth the price at all. Turtle beach are way better than these.
