Honestly, an amazing headset. I specifically love the back up battery feature. The first one that I got the second battery didn’t work, but after exchanging, I can now charge while using the other and swap them out seamlessly.

I am a big guy with a big melon, always have issues with headphones hurting my head. I have the EPOS 670s, Arctis Pros, MG20s and B&O Portals. I actually forgot I had these on after a 2 hr gaming run, never happened with the beforementioned. Very light and comfortable.
The sound is incredible, I first tried it with music and was stunned how well they performed compared the the Pros. Gaming is another level. You will not be disappointed.
No bluetooth issues here, I saw on a couple reviews on the web people had problems, when I connected there was an update for bluetooth, maybe it fixed it.

good enough, works well, not sure if the audio quality is noticeably better compared to a cheaper alternative

They should come with different earmuff attachments, other than that I love them. Had the arctis 7s (amazing), decided to “upgrade” to the arctis 9s but they sucked, so took it a step further to these and they are great!

Really like this headset, does take a bit of eq changing to get it to sound decent, but I really like just changing the battery rather than charging the headset, anc works really well and wicked cushions they are really comfortable.

Sounds great. Coming from the inzone H9, I hear more details with this headset. One of the best headsets I’ve had. Couple issues: the noise cancellation device inside the headset sticks out so it’s always touching my ears. I have to constantly readjust cuz it does get uncomfortable after awhile.

No regrets with the purchase, which says enough. I use them for both work and gaming, and haven’t encountered an issue with either.
My only complaint is that the controls aren’t intuitive and the charging base seems cheap, but c’est la vie. The headphone themselves are great.
