The experience was cringe. The installer took like 4 hours on a 1 hour job. There were several moments of confusion when the installer resorted to force. I feared for my truck. Luckily only minor things were broken like air vents, a few screws were not reinstalled, etc.
I brought this to the attention of the manager. The manager questioned my story without any reference at all. I asked the manager to at least find the screws. He told me the employee had gone home and that was not his job. I would have to come back and talk with him again. I did not. I took my truck to Toyota and had the matter resolved.
The moral of the story, do not trust your property with this store.

Was rescheduled two times by best buy because the tech never showed up to work. The third time the tech was there and then accused me of being on medication.

I had a bad experience with the manager he told to come back and get my car and money all be cause I said they was not doing business right I didn’t yell or anything I said it calm. I have stage 4 cancer so I ask them to make sure I have everything I need to install my car audio I had to go back and forward 5 times buying more wires I had just did chemo so I was beat that’s what I ask them every time is this all I need so I didn’t have to come back so the 5th time I said this is crazy I’m tired why are you running me like this you do this everyday you should know what I need the first day. I spent like $830 he took it personal and lost the $830 who is in business not to make money that’s crazy.

My System shuts off when changing lanes, I called and talked to Chris @ Madison Heights Store, he said he was going to call Christian who installed it at the Gratiot Roseville store, I have yet to hear from either one of them as of 7.23.21.

THEY CUT THE LIGHTS TO MY TAILLIGHTS.
THEY HAVE REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
MANAGER SAID SHE WOULD FILE A CLAIM TO INSURANCE AND WOULD SEND ME AN EMAIL THE NEXT DAY. ITS BEEN 5 DAYS AND STILL NOTHING.

They used me as a training guide for a couple of new employees which was fine. However when a radio was installed with a car that had an existing backup camera it required an adapter with an aftermarket radio. The person overseeing the trainee didn’t realize this and installed the radio without the adapter so now I don’t have a back up camera anymore. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for three weeks to have this adapter added and I cannot get a return phone call from Best Buy company. I will never buy another item from Best Buy again

Wrongfully told item was compatible initially upon purchase, then the installer expressed that item was not the right one for my Jeep, then the item made for my Jeep was purchased then to be told it would not fit, then had to repurchased the initial cam ordered to be installed and it is off and can't see the back correctly. I'm so disappointed and unsatisfied, when I was so excited to get my radio, cam, steering wheel controls, when the Knowledge to install the correct model when it says its made for my vehicle, was mislead on the quality of service expected

Had my radio I just bought from Best Buy installed, was told I’d need to buy this harness for the steering wheel controls to work. Installation for the radio was free but they charged me for the harness install.
