    Steering wheel controlI do not have steering wheel control as a result of them putting in my stereo that’s completely wrong I do however have a remote that came with the system. I do highly recommend these guys tho they know what they’re doing

    Two install charges to get it to work

    Paid for the install. The steering wheel control was not included or offered at that time. At checkout it was advised it was not included. Additional charge and appointment needed to fix it the right way.

    Great install but at what price?

    Showed up for appointment (made it two weeks in Advanced) they didnt have everything. I had to drive to the Cary store pick up part bring it back to Durham store. Bought everything on line and each item had free installation. Then the installer took our receipt, said he had to void everything out and re ring it up. When he re rang it up he tried to charge for installation. I didn’t say anything until AFTER the install (so it would be done right) then I got a manager involved. Got the install money back. Just ridiculous. Felt like the installer was trying to pull a fast one. Not appreciated!

    Don't Shop at BestBuy!! Terrible service!

    I had TERRIBLE experience with BestBuy! They didn't have the part I needed when they were supposed to, they don't answer their phones, no way to contact them and no communication! I did not accomplish what I wanted and instead all I did was waste time, money, and anguish!

    I am beyond disappointed in the service I received from the Downey stereo installation geek squad team member. I was on time for my appointment (which I was told to arrive 5 minutes prior) and the representative informed me that he would not help me until his lunch was over. Then, he was unable to perform the work. He was neither courteous nor friendly, and I had a bad feeling about him immediately.

    This was a Christmas gift and we had installation set up for 12/28. However we were notified by technician installing the stereo and steering wheel control that someone else would have to install the steering wheel control. He didn't know how to do this. We had already paid for this when the system was bought. After visiting our Longview store I was informed that we now have to drive 45 minutes away to Tyler Tx to have someone there install it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    Did not parts there when install date came. What a mess. Geek squad fine. Getting there the problem. They had several weeks to get them there.

    Install crew left early

    I coordinated dropping car day before service and crew had left early (more than an hour) . As long as you show on time to your appt, the installers will be there, maybe.

    Had to bring car back in because it wasn’t working to control the volume. It would also shut the power off the stereo power when trying to use the control.

    Doesn't work correctly after two trips and never will. Got a refund for the install cost that was supposed to be free to begin with. The functionality of the steering wheel controls Don't allow for phone calls functions

    The installer did an okay job. He actually messed up my trunk tint and didnt even install some right. Depending on area they might be better. Or not

We would expect our Agents to provide information in regards to filing a damage claim in the unlikely event that your property was damaged.     They were NOT installed correctly after I paid for them at the Myrtle Beach Location. I then had an appointment for remote start at the Wilmington NC store & they were supposed to be corrected at that appointment & they were not & now I have to go for a third appointment to the Wilmington NC store which is 75 minutes each way from my house

    Poor Followup Service

    Initially the service was great then I went back for an accessory that was left off the original package deal. After the install now I’m having issues with my radio that I didn’t have. Went to my install store and a different installer basically told me I needed another appointment to get it looked at and there was nothing he could do. Poor Service.

    Installer did great job. Very annoying that steering wheel controls is a separate purchase for install, leaves a sour taste.

    Was told that the steering wheel control would be installed free of charge, and on the day I showed up they charged me an extra $60 to hook it up, which I had to do because I already purchased the kit to connect it. Was definitely a rip off. Be careful!

    Doesn't work most of the time. Sometimes I have to turn off my vehicle at red lights so that it resets the radio, to get the volume controls to work.

    Took several months to even get an appointment to install a carplay system and steering wheel integration. Installation took 3 times as long as quoted once we got to the autobay. Even after all that time and money there's a high pitched frequency ringing noise whenever the unit is turned on
