Good appearance, good value...unfortunately the New Summit 5 Burner cooktop I received was scratched and the original styrofoam was missing on oneside of the box, as if was previously opened. After install, 1 of the 5 burners did not light, Spark Ignitor and Module needs to be ordered, and replaced by a 3rd party who was sent by the manufacturer after inspection 2weeks post install. 4 other burners work as expected and if 5th is repaired it’s a good value, with the exception of the hassles of not having the cooktop in new condition and working without a repair before first use. Unfortunately appliances are in short supply and demand is high so consumers are forced to make sacrifices. Best Buy customer service working to remedy situation, not finalized at time of survey sent and completed.
