I have had it for 2 days and it works perfectly. I will follow up on this review after thirty days of having it.

Unfortunately I have to return this model because it needs to always be plugged in or else it will not work. It is not wireless. They have a wireless model but this one is not the wireless model. I made a mistake and purchased the wrong one. Wires do not work well for me because the area where I want to set up surveillance is not near a power outlet and if I connect to and extension cord, it will make the camera very noticeable to everyone. But don't worry, maybe this model will be perfect for you. The video quality is great, the rotation works very well so if you mount it somewhere high, you wont have to worry about climbing back up there a second time just to adjust it probably to get a better view because you can control the angle with your phone. Also, it's cute. If I were to keep a model that is not wireless the wires will need to be very long. These wires are not long enough for me.

Swann pan tilt setup was easy. Live stream and playback was easy and clear picture. 2 way audio worked as expected. Local WiFi and LTE worked great. About a week it lost connection to wifi. I had to unplug and plug in the camera, this occurred a couple of different times. Then it just stopped working. Tried the reset button to manufacture settings but still nothing, just dead. Returned for refund. Got another brand that was also easy setup but much cheaper price.

I bought this product because I have used swann before. I live in San Diego and also have a place in mexico. I hooked the up in Mexico and am able to view it clearly. Of course there is a 2 second leg but that's normal. The only issue I have is the 2 way talk. If I say something it has an echo. That's when it works good. Other times I can hear static which cause it to transmit it back to the camera causing more static sound. The picture it clear on my phone. Got it on sale so it was worth it. Actually ordered another since it was still on sale. Probably the only reason I purchased it because it was on sale.

We use this camera to keep our eye on our bed ridden father. The audio is great along with the mic feature. The ir function works great and isn’t a distraction in the dark. Logging into it for the first time and setting up camera was easy also. Perfect for watching via mobile phone.

When I first received my camera was excited, the steps were somewhat easy to interpret even for a novice like myself, but once I attempted to relocate my camera I could not get the Bluetooth to pick up my WiFi signal in the house, I literally had to plug it into my router to attempt to access the WiFi , I thought this would be temporary but now I have to keep it plugged into the router which voids my ability to place my camera anywhere in the house of my choosing

Was happy with these until I was notified of compromised devices on my network. Turns out it’s these cameras. Contacted Swann twice, including screenshots as proof, and have been completely ignored after more than a week. So here I am saying these cameras are susceptible to IoT attacks. They require their own email addresses to send and receive notifications to their monitoring mobile app. That seems to be the weak spot. They need to get rid of this requirement. Unless they update these cameras, I do not recommend these for home use or anywhere else... unless you like knowing hackers can watch you through these. Contemplating using my BB extended warranty to return these as defective.

Works great and was easy to set up. Very clear pictures and audio !

Easy to setup. Picture is nice! Had a little trouble with 2-way audio.

So we have a teenager who likes trying to sneak out of the house. We got this to monitor the hallway after bedtime. The app stunk so it didn't help us address the issue. Try something more sophisticated if you have a similar need. We returned this product after a very short while.

It does exactly what I need. Records when there’s movement and emails me the file afterwards.

The product is good. It has good camera resolution and sounds. The problem is the first one I bought didn’t work, and I had to exchange for a second one. Not a convenient process with an online purchase.

Have no experience with other web-based remote cameras; this one works but takes a very long time for it to wake up and send the live image. Also, the magnetic ball that allows pivoting of the camera to any position is not strong enough to hold the camera in place, it moves almost immediately upon release. Apparently robust testing, quality control / quality assurance was not done on this product before its release.

I put it at my mothers home she lives alone next door and is 81 years old

bought this to put in our breezeway to keep an eye on things. Works great, sometimes it has to be re-booted but other than that all is well.

Very good security camera I would recommend this camera.
