Bought for running errands around town. Good for the price. I feel like they really skimped on some of the components like brakes (cannot get them to not squeak but they work) and derailleur (rear has a plastic piece that will probably break very soon) but otherwise good. Wish the parent company offered racks or baskets to fit frame! It’s a weird frame so can’t find racks to fit. Battery lasts well so far, good acceleration and very comfy ride unless you’re tall. Definitely a conversation piece whenever I ride around town.

E-bikes often get great reviews initially because the idea is freshly implemented. It’s really fun to just pull the throttle and you are going lighting speed. Super fun! The problem is that this is not a normal bicycle, it’s heavy. Really heavy. The problem starts with the lack of rear suspension, the back tire is prone to popping because the motor is so heavy. Following that, the breaks malfunction often because of the same problem. Stopping such a heavy machine with the typical disk breaks are at first acceptable and now totally shot. Lots of maintenance because it’s kinda half baked. Important problems are to be solved but instead it has multiple gears, also prone to slipping thanks to the fact that you are going 20 miles an hour.

Bike had good power, rode well but the kickstand broke off shortly after purchase. Then the brakes failed and ended up crashing on some stones and broke one of the pedals off.

Good bike! I wish it was faster than 20mph, but it’s advertised at 20mph and gets there quickly with full charge. Battery life is pretty good but only thing I wish was better is having a rear suspension as it could be quite rough for off-road. I don’t think it’s made for off-road anyway.

This eBike is incredible! I bought one when my car broke down and this got me to work and to school. Seat is comfortable, battery life is good, and the look of it is just great. Taking off the battery to charge it is super easy and I recommend bringing it inside your home when you’re not using it. Overall great bike!

I bought this bike for a friend who doesn't have a car and was riding a bicycle to work which took her over an hour long. This was the next best thing to something still safe; I am glad to know it is now taking her half the time as before to arrive to work! Speed is good for an ebike, pretty easy to assemble just move around some things for better alignment, bike does sit up high but I am 5'2 and still comfortable enough for me to ride. Would definitely recommend for someone who likes to have the exercise but would like more speed when they want it.

Ok so I waited and stalked the reviews (everywhere) on this thing but here's there real deal!! This bike is EPIC! Let me calm down. I have a fixie that I love but it's gotten harder to hit these Austin hills with, but thing is amazing and I intentionally did a trip with no pedal assist and it was sooo easy! Now it's my go to. It's quality, it out the box simple to put together, it's simple to pedal, and its GOES! Ugh best blind buy ever. I can't wait to hear more praises. I have nothing bad to say other than its big but it's a moped. I need accessories, I need customs for this things. They messed up and made these too dang good. Get em while you can. Gen 2 may be a fluke lol

I i’ve been waiting about three months to finalize the reviews on how we like the bikes. We now on three of these bikes one being the cruiser and we all love them we go on crazy adventures mountain trails take him to the beach and have a great time with them  although they say that’s only for one person you could definitely carry two people around town with this I definitely would recommend for Anyone looking to get into the E bike field

Bike is fast, feels sturdy. Should’ve bight the medium size as the big size is a bit high for a kid that is 5’5”. The seat sits up pretty high.

This is a very nice ebike. Compared to other brands, this is the most affordable ebike in the same category. I was looking for an ebike with a banana seat (which allows me to carry a passenger) and this ebike fits the bill. The pedal assist and cruise control work really well. The only thing I'm still looking for is the footrest for the passenger since I couldn't find the one that fits the bolt on the back wheel. The battery is good and lasts for a long time. However if it's left for a long time during winter, it needs to be charged again. If you plan to buy this, I advise using the Best Buy credit card for the free 24-month financing no no interest,

I just purchased this e bike to save some money on gas,it came out with some dent and scratches i didnt get a chance to call best buy to report this problem.

Picked up this ebike from best buy's deal of the day a few months back to commute to and from work. I work about 5 miles from home so I'm clocking 10 miles a day on this. it cut my 30 min ride down to 20. (Switching from a regular bicycle to this ebike) It was easy to set up after it arrived in the box from best buy. it took about 30 mins to assemble. I didn't have any issues with assembly. After about 2 months of commuting, one of the screws came loose for the kickstand so I had to pick up a new one. Now I use a nut and bolt system to secure it and make sure to tighten it about once a week. Though I do check it on a regular basis. I've been commuting on this bike for 6 months now and have passed a thousand miles, the bike still runs like day one and the battery has held up as well. I do charge the battery on a daily basis for about 4 hours until it is topped off. if the battery isnt fully charge upon departure the bike has trouble getting up to 20 mph and tops out at 17-18 mph.

This was to our surprise a lot bigger than we had origanlly thought. Managed to fit it in my car. Overral amazing electric bike, great for transportation or just to enjoy a fun ride.

Great bike. I’m a little under the max weight capacity and the bike will still hit 20 mph easy Up hill to if you help by peddling. I personally will leave the electric part off till I get tired.

Great bike was easy to put together goes fast and has no issues. Your legs will get very sore from riding thow due to the shape of the seat but I love the bike

Bought this due to a leg injury since I can’t run anymore, great bike hauls my 6’2” 280lb frame with ease! Range is great ridden 75 miles and only charged twice!

This was a good bike for somebody bigger. I am only 53 and I probably should have read the specs more carefully, but I am unable to touch the ground from a stopped position while sitting on the seat and because it’s not a step through I can’t really touch the ground either definitely for a taller person, but not a bad bike.

we like this electronic bike, amazing, good quality, high speed, charger is perfect, work perfect in cold weather, only price is high high!!! if price isnot important for you, buy!!

The bike is stylish and has good speed. When I got the bike after 3 months of waiting, the headlights came broken and the bike paint was scratched. Although the product was delivered late, I was told they are not able to replace the headlight or bike because it was over 1 month since being ordered. I spent hours on the phone calling to follow up and kept receiving the same response. Good bike horrible customer service!

This is my first eBike and I love it. Comes mostly already assembled and is pretty quick for its size.. Looks super cool. Must BUY
