Great source of transportation gets ne there in ni time

I just purchased this e bike to save some money on gas,it came out with some dent and scratches i didnt get a chance to call best buy to report this problem.

Picked up this ebike from best buy's deal of the day a few months back to commute to and from work. I work about 5 miles from home so I'm clocking 10 miles a day on this. it cut my 30 min ride down to 20. (Switching from a regular bicycle to this ebike) It was easy to set up after it arrived in the box from best buy. it took about 30 mins to assemble. I didn't have any issues with assembly. After about 2 months of commuting, one of the screws came loose for the kickstand so I had to pick up a new one. Now I use a nut and bolt system to secure it and make sure to tighten it about once a week. Though I do check it on a regular basis. I've been commuting on this bike for 6 months now and have passed a thousand miles, the bike still runs like day one and the battery has held up as well. I do charge the battery on a daily basis for about 4 hours until it is topped off. if the battery isnt fully charge upon departure the bike has trouble getting up to 20 mph and tops out at 17-18 mph.

The first bike I looked at was a Super73 and I loved it, but the price was too high for me. Started looking for similar bikes and found the SWFT Zip. It was a great choice for me for a lot of reasons... less expensive, higher frame that fit me well, lots of great features. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to purchase an ebike but doesn't want to spend a fortune on their first one before they know what ebikes are all about. It rides well and the controls are user friendly. The only downside I can see is there is no shock absorption on the rear part of the bike so you can feel all the bumps in the road. For me this is a 10/10 purchase!

The bike is big enough for an adult. Easy to assemble You either love it or hate it, I love it. it goes fast with electric motor Love the fat tires

Love this ebike, i was a bit nervous riding it at first but like everything, you gotta get used to it. Make sure you use a helmet. Its pretty heavy to carry up stairs if you live in an apartment building.

Bought this due to a leg injury since I can’t run anymore, great bike hauls my 6’2” 280lb frame with ease! Range is great ridden 75 miles and only charged twice!

Purchased the Swft Zip for my son. He loves the bike. Its fast and confortable. I would definitely purchase another one.

So far this ebike has exceeded my expectations I really don’t have any complaints besides the range but it still goes what it says it will go overall a good ebike for the money and a fairly good warranty.

I initially had problems with the battery after the initial test ride. I contacted SWFT (via email from manual). They sent me a replacement battery which fixed the problem. Love the bike. Impressed with the customer service.

Great E bike, easy to use, great design clmpared to other E bikes. Battery range is good, top speed 20 or so snd is plenty fast enough.

One of the best bikes we've had to date. Goes about 20mph as the fastest speed option. You have to pedal about 3 times for the electric motor to kick in. LOVE IT! Great product, great customer service!

Ok so I waited and stalked the reviews (everywhere) on this thing but here's there real deal!! This bike is EPIC! Let me calm down. I have a fixie that I love but it's gotten harder to hit these Austin hills with, but thing is amazing and I intentionally did a trip with no pedal assist and it was sooo easy! Now it's my go to. It's quality, it out the box simple to put together, it's simple to pedal, and its GOES! Ugh best blind buy ever. I can't wait to hear more praises. I have nothing bad to say other than its big but it's a moped. I need accessories, I need customs for this things. They messed up and made these too dang good. Get em while you can. Gen 2 may be a fluke lol

This bike is phenomenal. It has a really good acceleration It’s easy to maneuver an aesthetically it looks amazing

Fast fun and has def style. The pick up is amazing especially uphill and when commuting for work. The removable battery is also so easy an convenient to recharge.

Amazing! Had a blast, rides nice and smooth battery life is excellent! Got a helmet to be extra safe and professional.. Definitely a neck turner.

The electric bike was easy to assemble. Loads of fun.

It’s a fun ride. Definitely doesn’t hit the claimed mileage per charge and power drastically drops when half full. Not a good bike to pedal. Not an awful purchase, not great either.
