The evoke is great. I ride it every day I have a bad left knee that it helps greatly.

This bike was delivered to me Thursday at 7 pm. Next day “Friday” I assembled it and charged the battery till the light on the charger turned from red to green, took about 4 hours. Then placed battery on housing that’s on the frame. Bike was unresponsive, battery indicator light didn’t work, nothing worked. Same day I called Best Buy around 8 or 9 pm, representative gave me a new date when they will deliver new and pick up old zip bike,December 6 from 7am to 7pm. The only problem was that I didn’t receive any email with confirmation of appointment so I called Best Buy again next day. This time they told me that there is no exchange appointment scheduled and didn’t believe me that I was taking to anyone. This tells me that person that I spoke on Friday was ready to finish his shift and only tell me anything to get off the phone and go home. Now I have to pay $75 restock fee and maybe they can send me another one. Good luck guys with your e-bike

They are so much fun. Got me back on a bike after 20 years.

Got this bike in December 2023 and it stopped working in May 2024. Reached out to the company because the throttle went first and after 3 months for them to ship the part, I gave up. The bike was great for the first 4 months but once it started showing signs of the eletrical issue, it was downhill from there. If you buy this bike, live near one of the shops so they can fix it otherwise you’ll waste your money. Going to buy a different brand ebike because this one sucks

It’s a decent bike for its price range. The only downside of it if it’s motor. The motor will cut out when going above 20 mph.

Wasn’t sure what to expect as it’s a bike from Best Buy, But dang, this thing is so freaking bad!!! I love it, never thought I would be zipping around town on something like this, but it is so easy and so much fun!!

Absolute cruiser!!! Takes a bit of getting used to, but once you are comfortable it is a great way of transportation

Stopped working after test ride. Was put away properly and stored properly and when brought back out to take camping two weeks later the battery was dead and nothing was worked. exchanged waiting for replacement bike

Neck breaker bike. got their attention everywhere i go. looks solid than others and this one is cheaper.

Purchased for my 12 year old granddaughter! It was exactly as expected and is easy for her to handle and ride. A little pricy but it was on sale when we bought it!
