This is great for an internet hookup. The speed of it is faster than my home internet connection. It was a little confusing to set it up at first but I called their support line and they helped me. It's been the best hot spot I have owned so far.

Works great ! Comes with SIM card And T-Mobile activates it with great plans. I'm on the best network.

seemed great at first but then got slow however i am used to speedy internet but didn't have internet installed at my new place so i bought this guy until they could come install. set up is simple, user friendly and good options for plans/speeds it was over all a good temporary solution as price of product was not a lot and less than monthly internet service w/ no contract.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was for a non-savvy person to set up the Hot Spot. I got online at a Barnes & Noble and set up my Motorola Acct and activated my Hot Spot. It isn't quite a fast as my WIFI at home and ate up .5 of my quota while streaming a PBS show from Amazon Prime but all in all it works pretty well in a pinch. My modem died and my provider cannot get out for 2 weeks. I am thrilled to have a back up plan and I can use it by the day or week or month, etc. the Best Buy sales rep was a tremendous help. I am pleased with my purchase and with Best Buy!

We have to keep it the south window on the second floor to get 4G. But after having Dail-up all these years anything would have been better! It will be nice when we go somewhere as we can take it with us and we also bought a tablet! For the service it is a great price. I also like that we are in NO long term contract as it is month to month, this way we can make sure it is a good fit for us. We are in a rural area so we have been trying to find a service that did not cost us an arm and a leg! I have already used their help line and they were VERY nice and knowledgeable and helped me solve the problem. We priced out all the major providers before deciding to give T-Mobile a try.

product works well, nice to have internet anywhere TMobile cell phone service is available. make sure that product is activated and you receive a phone number and temporary pin before leaving the store where you buy it. Setting up service through TMobile phone system requires a phone number for the unit; otherwise they cannot help you.

Bought this to give to a non-tech aunt so we could skype with grandma who doesn't have internet. I set it up at home and shipped it to them. Set up was easy, account and pre-paid plan options good, and it all just works like you think it should. That doesn't happen often. It's been three months and everything still works very well.

I've been using this Hot Spot for a week now. Very easy to set-up, Works very well. Data speed is just slightly slower than I had with Cricket. But very acceptable

Great product for what we wanted in a hot spot. Small and very easy to set up and operate. Purchased a 3gb plan and have no idea how we went through the data so quickly. Slower connect speed after 3gb did not impact the use of this unit. Would purchase again if necessary.

Easy to purchase and setup. Good choice of plans or pay as you go. Bought for a student. Great signal.

I love this hotspot! I travel a lot and need to keep internet access constant. T-Mobile has outstanding coverage. Would have been "excellent," but device runs hot and I'm not so crazy about the display - wish info about charge when in use and when charging was a bit more clear. But otherwise great. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Great hot spot for tmobile. Got it for less than half the price that T-Mobile wanted to charge for their hot spot at their store. Works good, no problems so far.

Just bought a card on January 18 and its already working slow on January 27 works so fast at first then the speed drops dramatically after a couple days and u always have to charge it cause it dies so quick

Bought this little device for travels so kids can have wifi at the hotels. It's better than the free wifi at the hotel rooms. My kids were able to watch YouTube and my and I was able to surf the net without any problems. Battery doesn't hold for long time but we keep it plug in while we are using.

Connection to device was easy. Tried the online activation, but it failed after trying 3 times. Tried again a few hours later, and it still would not work. Called the activation number, they got it partially activated (assigned it a phone number). Had to wait till the next morning to fully activate. Have been using it for over a month, and is working fine everywhere I take it.

Sadly the speed drops off very quickly and no video's are possible after a while. Good for when traveling and used sparingly

The signal is good and the price was right. Very sleek and compact.

Can complain, took it to Disneyland during busy season to test out, worked great. No lost signals. Use it to hook up to cell iphones at the same time and no problems. Pricing is OK.

This is a solid wi-fi hot spot for a decent price. The service could be better though. We paid for a month of 9gb high speed data and when we ran out we could tell. I don't know if it didn't work or if it was just so slow the page would take 5 minutes to load. When we were getting the high speed internet it worked well for us on our road trip. We also had some issues registering the product and logging into their system online. They didn't make the instructions very clear on how to set it up. I had to call t-mobile multiple times.

Hotspot seems to perform well and the price is right. T-Mobile on the other hand has taken a forefront position in my mind as the single worst organization from a customer service perspective.. and i thought Comcast was bad ! thank gawd my cellphone service is with another carrier
