The protector is good and the staff is very helpful

Was installed professionally and without ANY bubbles or dust. Will absolutely have them do it again as my hands aren’t as steady as they used to be.

The woman who helped me was really nice and helped me get a person to get the correct screen cover, then I went back to the original woman and she replaced the screen cover for me. And it looked brand new.

The install was very good. I had done this several times over the years at the Charleston store. They always took it in the back to install. This install was right in front of me and his obvious attention to detail was well received, making sure there were no air bubbles. It was obvious he had done this many times.

My shield was installed by Paul Hall, and he did not tell me to come back the next day or the next day or the next day he did it until he got it on correct going through. I think two other shields, unlike the tech who did my sons cell phone a few days ago telling us to come back the next day she should’ve took it off and reapplied a new one just like Paul did instead of putting us in an inconvenience Circumstances to try and come back there we work so my son is stuck with a cell phone that does not have a shield attached correctly to his cell phone. Thank you Paul for your efforts of what you did and not telling me to go home with a bad shield, I appreciate that . I may just start shopping out at McDonough since I know you’re out there now. So based on this rating for the shield install on my tablet yes I will recommend the geek squad based on that but Paul was the one that did it

The agents installed my ipad screen protector perfectly.

My agent was knowledgeable and helpful. It was important to my that we not take up a lot of time. In that regard he moved right along taking care of my needs.

It cost a little extra to have Best Buy install my screen saver on my Iphone, but it was so much easier than trying to do it myself. I always mess it up! Now if I need a replacement, the installation will be free at Best Buy, as well as replacing the Zagg screen protector.

Tldr; left a small air bubble in the screen protector installation. I'm choosing to ignore due to inconvenience. Rather not have paid $15 for someone else to install slightly imperfectly just to avoid stress. I paid $15 for the "team" to place a screen protector on a brand new ipad i just bought in that shopping trip. The "team" still left a tiny air bubble (size of the tip of a ballpoint pen) in the middle of the screen. Literally right in the middle. I waited in line, another 30mins on top of the 30mins wait time to get it done, to get it fixed, they said if they damage the screen by taking it off to fix it, they'd have to charge me to get a new one to replace it. I hate to be a perfectionist about it, but I paid $15 so someone who knows what they're doing could do it right the first time. If this was the case, I couldve done it myself. Which I have before with extreme anxiety and good results (one similar sized air bubble near the edge of the screen protector, eventually got it out over time). Couldn't see who actually worked on the ipad, how the process went, and everything was secretive, they took my packaged products behind a black curtain, took 15mins each time to do it, and brought it out without packaging. Why the weird secrecy? It's now been a little over a year and that bubble is still apparent. I'm just ignoring it until the screen protector itself is damaged or needs to be changed for whatever reason. If i did it myself with imperfections, I'd be less harsh, but I paid someone to do it accurately and with no inconvenience.

Major shout out to Chino, CA store Geek Squad Manager Brad - this gentleman did an awesome job setting up my Acer Predator Neo 16. As of 2 weeks having the unit, I have NOT had any issues as those mentioned by others. Rather, like the majority of owners of this model, I've been very satisfied with the quality of the laptop; all due to Brad informing me of my setup options at purchase to when he completed the work. No garbage programs, no screen issues, delays, lag, etc. All working 100% as discussed and requested. Brad is THEE man to get your pc setup. I'm sure his team is equally competent but this guy gets all the kudos and a pat on the back from me. Thanks Brad and to Alex Munoz and Adam!

When I purchased the Apple pen and Screen Saver, because I was rewards Member they installed my Screen Saver for free. I was happy with his installing my Screen Saver.
