The installation was perfect. The service was very fast and professional.

The guy who installed the screen protector for my kiddo’s ipad air M2 Chip did an excellent job. The first person who tried messed it up so I was grateful they gave us a replacement screen protector and installation. The second try (by someone different) was perfect!

Great service as always. New shield on phone and tablet. Older models, had to order, 4 days and let me know they were in, 15 minute install.

As mentioned when I bought the ipad, there was a unexpected issue with the screen. It was visible so I noticed it but the Lady who was also putting the screen protector on informed me this, and also told me that she will bring a different, new ipad, and that made me really happy. Her honesty gave me more reason to attend the same Best Buy for furture purpcahses, knwoing the staff working there offeres a great service.

The employee that helped me with my device of picking she was really nice. She helped me with everything I needed, and I appreciate it.

I paid for Best Buy to put my Surface Pro 3 glass screen protector on instead of putting it on myself. I have installed many screen protectors before--It is a hassle! One little speck of dust or bubble will drive me crazy; In the past I have had to buy the same screen protector all over again because I didn't install it cleanly enough. At Best Buy, they took my Surface and screen protector into a well-lit room and spent a long time making sure it was JUST RIGHT. I was assured by Best Buy customer service reps that if I found anything about the installation that I wasn't happy with, they would repeat the process until they got it right. Definitely worth every penny.

Had glass cover installed on my Ipad 11 2025 A16. Tech was very courteous. Service was quick. Price was a little high considering I bought Ipad and glass at Best Buy. May have been able to install myself.

Wasn’t happy to pay extra to have it installed on my new IPad Air I just paid big bucks for!! When I buy a screen protector for my iPhone they don’t charge extra. Not the Geek Squad fault. It took awhile to get it out on but it is a big screen protector and I’m sure it was hard to remove the bubbles.

They’re always happy to help. They do it fairly quickly, especially if they don’t have a line. I would recommend this if you’re not that great at keeping those bubbles out of your screen protector.

Purchased glass screen protector for my new IPad. I was hesitant about trying to install it myself (didn’t want any air bubbles). There was a charge for installation, but I purchased protector on sale, so it was well worth it. Professional installation!!!

I get all my devices' screen protectors installed by Best Buy. Their technicians are very skilled and have all the tools they need to do a professional perfect install of the high quality screen protectors that they sell.

I had bought a Samsung tab S8+ and screen protector from Best Buy, i went to the Geek Squad to have the protector installed. They were quick to help me and installed the protector perfectly. I was very happy with the service, especially because I'm a little OCD about protector being perfect. It was done perfectly and quickly. I definitely recommend to everyone.
