Service was great as I didn’t have to do the installment

I am enjoying my new protection case. I really needed a new one badly. It send durable.

They did the thing bro....I gave them some thing to put on/attach to another thing and they did it. I like that. They saved me the time and frustration of having to figure it out for myself. There's also the possibility that I could have broken thing 1 or thing 2 when trying to figure out how they go together. I handed it to the people here and they put thing 1 onto thing 2 much quicker and easier than I could have. Thats pretty cool

Each time I’ve used Geek Squad the job has been done rapidly & correctly the first time. And, to add to experience, it’s done with a smile. Great job & great attitude as well!! Doesn’t get any better than that!!

The agent who assisted me in getting my new iPad mini put the screen protector on for me. I know this is something that’s easy for many people to do, but I am a senior citizen with arthritis and carpal tunnel in my hands so getting this done by somebody else was so convenient And helpful .

The gentleman that helped me was so awesome! His personality was pure gold. He knew what he was talking about and was very helpful.

It was closing time and the service man could of told us they couldn’t serve us since store was closing BUT that is Not what happened. They serviced our item and never gave us a frown, I will always buy my Gadgets from Best Buy!! I have Never been dissatisfied with their service!

I went in the store without knowing anything about my new tablet and left feeling more confident having been shown helpful products to keep it safe and make it more user friendly. I did know I wanted a screen protector and found out if I purchased it there it could be placed on for me- the cost was negligible when thinking of ruining more than one trying to do it at home. I also learned about the phone screen protector and installation policy so I will buy my next one there and have it installed for the protection guarantee!

Didn’t do very good and was brand new tsblet they opened the box of both screen cover and tablet and said it wouldn't go on straight because the tablet was bent. So had bubbles

Very nice color and perfect shield for I-pad. Easy to use when outside.

I was guided to the correct screen shield to purchase for my tablet, and given the choice to install it myself or opt for Best Buy to install. I chose the latter and was glad I did. The installation was quick but done very carefully with great attention to detail. It was obvious by the process and tools used that my installer was experienced in such installations, and that I could not have hoped to have done as well myself. Zero bubbles under the shield a month after installation makes it a worthwhile service.

The workers were very nice and helpful. Very professional and helps you find whatever it is the you need. Service was quick and easy.

I had one earlier experience several years ago with the Geek Squad which made me determined never to return. However, this time I wanted my Zagg screen installed on my new Ipad and knew it is not a simple process. I was very impressed Adam who obviously takes pride in his work. He took a lot of time installing the screen because he kept finding flaws in the ones he installed. He finally told me to return in a week or so when they got a new shipment since these were all not satisfactory to him. I returned the next day to exchange it for an HD screen and he changed it out for no extra charge. My only problem is the up-charge they have for installing it but he did do a great job and I'm glad I did not try to do it myself.

I'd bought my iPad Pro at the Apple Store, and Apple's customer service representative specifically recommended that I pay someone at Best Buy to install a protective shield, because the process is too time consuming and frustrating for most customers. (She also told me that Apple no longer sells or installs those shields, because it takes too long and ties up their staff.) So, I took her advice and drove to Best Buy directly from the Apple Store. Overall, I was content with the service. They installed the shield way more quickly and straighter than I probably would've been able to do it myself. Also, I could personally rationalize the expense, because with my luck, if I hadn't paid Best Buy to install the shield, there was a good chance that something would've cracked the native screen on my new $800 device before I could install the shield myself. That said, viscerally, I just can't bring myself to give a 5-star review for a service that costs $15 for 5 minutes of work, particularly given that I'd bought my expensive screen protector there. Doing the math on my new iPad, that's $180/hour. There are decent lawyers who don't charge that much.

Geek Squad did a great job installing my screen protection on my new IPad and was installed properly. Make sure your purchased installation receipt is recorded on your account or keep receipt safe so to use on next installation on a screen protector replacement so they will not charge you the 15.00 installation charge again at least for first warranty replacement, per the GeekSquad rep. as of July 2023

What can I say. The shield was installed quickly and correctly - much better than what I would have done.
