Great portable AC. So simple to roll next to the window and put in the hose and window fitting. I like that I no longer need to lift a massive traditional air conditioner. Takes less than 10 minutes to roll to the window and setup. Many benefits. No need to wait for extra help lifting the old AC. Remote control is nice. It took care of a couple rooms for me. This is pretty quiet too. Season just finished, so I removed it and rolled it into the closet in less than 10 minutes.

Purchased this portable AC unit right after a big heat wave started. The unit works great, efficiently cools the entire room it is in, plus keeps our hallway and other nearby rooms feeling a lot cooler than before. The manual that was included is not the most intuitive and I struggled for a bit with piecing together the hose, but eventually got there. The noise level is pretty minimal, and the only other note I'll add is that the screen brightness is kind of annoying at night if you're sensitive to lights - which is easily avoided by covering the screen display.

It does the job for a one bed room apartment. It's nice to be able to move it around. It was fairly easy to set up. I like the user interface on the unit.

Bought this to hopefully help out with the electric bill. Fairly easy to set up. Seem to drain more water than expected the first night, but since then. Hasnt been a problem. Cools quickly. To soon to know if it heps with utility bill

This little thing can certainly cool a room. We put this in our bedroom when our central air stopped working and the contractor took too long to fix it. It was easy to install and after being on for a while it cooled our bedroom to the point that we were freezing and tightly wrapped under the covers. The only thing I couldn't get to work was the app. I'm pretty tech savvy and many of the items in our home are smart and connected via wifi so I don't know what that's about.

It was easy set up. It didn't take long to cool the bedroom. It's not loud at all.

Bought for my daughter room during summer, does a great job! It makes her room colder and effectively dry the wetness. Not very loud if you don't want to use higher speeds.

Smaller, quieter, and does just as well as our previous 10,000 BTU portable A/C did.

A purchase made due to malfunction with my central air. It takes a couple of minutes to assemble,but once finished,a breeze to operate. The machine is heavy, effective in cooling a large room.No buyers remorse,great product.

I purchased this for my mom when her air conditioner went out a few weeks ago. I didn't even have to install it for her, my stepdad did without any assistance. It's a little heavy, but since it's on wheels it's easy to move around. The AC unit worked very well when they placed it in their living room, and closed the door leading to the kitchen.

I tend to run it on its low setting and it works fantastic for the room I have it in. I have had it over a month and I love the fact that I can set a timer for it so it turns on while I’m at work. I can also use the app or the remote to turn it off. My electricity cost is the same as the energy guide on the box but running it the suggested amount of hours mentioned did increase my bill more than the energy guide prepared me for is the only reason it does not get a five star review. I am so glad I bought this though, it makes me feel better about my pet being home all day and makes it feel so much better when I get home in the evening from work

Worked really well. I would definitely recommend. Our AC went out in our one bedroom apartment and while waiting for maintenance to fix it, it kept our living room cool, and when it was time for bed, our bedroom. The wheels are smooth and roll really well making it easy to maneuver. We didn’t need to even follow the instructions for set up. It was really easy and simple. We live in AZ btw and it got us through a week of over 100 degrees (:.

Works great and was super easy to set up. Only major downside is how it’s integrated into the smart home space. Apple Home registers it as an AC but control it wasn’t as easy as controlling a nest thermostat from the Home App. Was also decently expensive

Works well, good sleeping ambiance. Takes up a little but of space. My cat sometimes changes the settings by walking across the top of the unit.

Very good and performative product, the room I stay at gets very hot due to my consoles and pc but this cools it down very good and we. So far it’s been easy to install and clean and it even works better with the door closed, the fan mode is great to.

It does the job and I like that is smaller and a little lighter that other comparable models.

This works really well. Just the hose is really annoying and adapter does not stay in windows that open outward. So while the cooling and heating are A+, the hose options needs huge work.
