I was very skeptical on purchasing this TV, but so far this is a good tv for the money I would purchase it again

TV worked fine for two weeks then it went into Google Store mode and every time I followed directions to correct the problem it didn't work. And when I contacted Best Buy was tolled to contact TCL and they said it was not their problem as best buy sold a defective tv. So I am out money and having a bad tv to boot!!

Nothing but issues with picture quality

The TV had a nice picture for a bedroom TV and for price. Worked great for 3 months. Then color started to fade, black horizonal lines started to appear and screen became jittery. TCL warranty process is painful and now I need to decide if I will just buy a new TV (Not TCL) and cut my losses or keep going through a long dragged about warranty process.

First of all I told the sales guy that I did not want a Tv with Google. We went thru his computer and reviewed other TV s on sale , he told me about the one that was delivered to me. NO mention of it being with google. So I was surprised to find out when it was finally delivered to me. My first thought was to drive back to the store and return it. But, I’ll give it a try. It was not as easy to set up as mentioned. Took me several hours.but got it. I can’t get captions on several channels, I need captions due to sever hearing loss, I’ve even had a friend to try for me. No luck. I’ll keep using it but so disappointed in your not honest help!!!!!!! You really need to do abetted job listening to the customer!!!!
