Nothing but issues with picture quality

The TV had a nice picture for a bedroom TV and for price. Worked great for 3 months. Then color started to fade, black horizonal lines started to appear and screen became jittery. TCL warranty process is painful and now I need to decide if I will just buy a new TV (Not TCL) and cut my losses or keep going through a long dragged about warranty process.

TV worked fine for two weeks then it went into Google Store mode and every time I followed directions to correct the problem it didn't work. And when I contacted Best Buy was tolled to contact TCL and they said it was not their problem as best buy sold a defective tv. So I am out money and having a bad tv to boot!!

Good TV for the money. Easy to setup. Common sense platform.

Decent picture, sound, and connections but had to return it after onky 3 days use. TV would attempt to start, fkah the TCL logo and then black screen. Local Best Buy store return without any problems. Probably the shipping folks to blame but maybe just a lemon.

The TV cuts off anytime it pleases. In the middle of my movie, it cuts over to google time and goes to a screen I cannot get out of. I have to turn the TV off and restart everything. I would never recommend this TV to anyone. I am sorry I bought it but I also blame Best Buy personnel for not explaining to me this was a google based TV.
