    It’s good but slow

    It’s has a good panel and software but it starts to run slow after a few months. It’s especially slow on start up.

    Remote sucks, TV has had issues right out of the box but now seems fixed. TCL should have replaced TV but you could tell they didn't want to. Will never buy this brand again. Vizio Customer Service 1000% better than TCL .

    Remote control is worthless.

    No numbers on remote so channel selection limited to scrolling up or down. A real nuisance and a basic feature left out.

    Blurry imagine issues

    I recently purchased this TCL TV and am extremely disappointed with the picture quality The image is often blurry, especially during fast-moving scenes.

    Brand to Avoid

    Lines appeared within a few days of operation. No visible screen or casing damage. Protection Plan won't cover only mfrg can fix

    Connection drops constantly.

    The picture is fine for how much this costs, but the internet connection drops CONSTANTLY. I have to unplug and plug back in almost every day to reestablish the connection. Nothing else in the house loses connection so I know it’s not the router. I would return it if I could.

    Defective within three months

    Great TV for the three months it worked. However, one evening the TV stopped turning on. I am going through the warranty process with TCL now and it is slow and clunky. A tech was sent and they attempted to fix the issue, but the TV still did not work. TCL is supposed to be sending a replacement TV, but they have no updates on when the replacement will arrive. I requested a voucher instead and they refused. I strongly recommend buying a different TV brand.

    I was told this tv had roku on it. It did not. I returned the tv. The return process was very good.

    Do not buy from Best Buy

    Do not purchase TVs from Best Buy. This TV was busted in the box. When I attempted to return it to the store the manager refused to do anything to make good on this transaction and instead snidely said all they could do was box it back up for me. I left it there and I’m sure they returned it to the manufacturer to get their credit anyway. I used to work for Best Buy, and I have shopped there for electronics and appliances for several years since. Never again. Amazon or some place locally owned from now on.

We take great measures to ensure that the TVs we send out are in great working condition. If you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.

    Hello. I'm not satisfied with the picture on my new tv. They never show as good as they do in the store and yo sales people don't recommend purchasing the added imtems that will help it to show that well.

    Already crapping out

    It is a nice tv but already after a month it has lines in it and the sound goes in and out. Best Buy won't help, the bot told me to go to the internet and google TCL. Very disappointed

    Waste of money

    I bought this television set in August of this year and it broke in October. Basically it lasted for two months. It will not turn on. I would never ever recommend a TCL product. For this particular televisionset, the color was horrible and the sound was tinny.

    Regret buying.

    Slow to boot up. Screen is already going bad with line streeks. And only owned a month. The sound quality is really bad, i think because the speakers are in the back.
