Nice New TV!

Unlike Sony Google TV, This TV will let me use Motion Smoothing on Apps. The Motion Smoothing is a little jumpy but I still love this TV. Now I can use my apps instead of using firestick.

Tv diedvin two years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the 43 inch tcl forvmy family room.It was just ok but I was never happy with the sound quality.I had it for two years and the screen went black.I called TCL and they walked me through a reset but finally agreed that it died.I expected a television to last more than two years! I do have a 32 inch in my bedroom which has lasted quite awhile.I will not buy a tcl again based on the sound quality and the lifespan!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and that you seem to be experiencing some trouble with your TV. This particular TV was launched less than 1 year ago, so it is difficult to decipher what TV you may have. Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. We will continue to make improvements to ensure our customers the best experience possible.

Run don’t but
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this tcl for only a year and it went out. I never had a TV go out, and I had other TVs that last more than five years I will not recommend don’t buy.
