Been over 6mo and so far so good. Colors are brighter than my old Samsung but can also dim if needed. Easy controls. Settings are easy to navigate. Wifi always connected. No issues connecting to aoundbar via wired or Bluetooth, although BT gives slight lag. Turn on is quick. Volume on TV itself can get loud. Sports and movies look much better than old Samsung HDTV. I've already recommended TV to others. One downside was best buy delivery, it was a lady in small car who struggled to get it out and bring it up driveway but then left it in front of garage. That was horribly unsecure and lucky she didn't damage tv.

TV works well but the brightness and sound settings are not as easy to calibrate as Vizio. The TV likes to drop the wifi randomly (usually fixes itself) and it will freeze completely on shows that are too HD and we have to restart it. That is very annoying and really needs to be fixed ASAP. Otherwise, very pretty picture and nice app options. We like the TV, it just needs a few tweaks for future models.

Very nice great outstanding colors and it’s very quick and simple to do

I was looking for a TV between 43 and 50 inches and wanted qm7 specs (because I bought a 65" qm7 for my living room and an extremely satisfied with it), but they don't make the qm7 in those sizes, so I had to settle for the q6. After seeing the price difference between 43 and 50", and that 50" will fit in my space, it was a no-brainer decision. I am blown away at the quality vs price, this tv is easy more than I expected. The competing Hisense models are supposed to be just as good quality, but there are too many reports of Hisense TV's going bad for no reason, and the similar reports of tcl having this problem are way in the past, the newer model lines seem to have corrected the issues in their early years. I have had it now for a couple of months and it's worked perfectly, nice and bright so the picture pops even with a window behind it, and night time viewing is not overly bright. I have it connected to a entertainment receiver with external speakers so I can't comment on the internal speaker quality.

For the price, you just can't beat this TV. I've been an avid Samsung purchaser for the last 20 years, but this year's new models were underwhelming. This TCL has ALLM that makes 30fps fidelity mode look like 60fps with no input lag and no image deterioration. The VRR helps as well. Playing my PS5 in 4k is amazing as is watching all of my favorite shows and movies. I absolutely recommend this TV.

Great tv! Good quality and Bluetooth feature is my most favorite thing about it! Only issue is the remote is really sensitive and can keep accidently hitting the short cut buttons.

First item arrived damaged, had to call many times to have it replaced and pick up the damaged item. There is some lag but it’s ok and i dont feel like i need a sound bar, it is pretty clear and loud.

After buying TWO tvs of a different brand in less than 24 hours and returning them from another store, we decided to try at Best Buy and found this beauty. Quality is great, very fast reaction time, and great price. Also the sound quality is amazing! Around the 20 mark, it's loud enough to hear throughout the house. They tried to get me to buy a sound bar, but honestly I dont think it needs one. I think we found a brand we will stick with!

It's got a great picture and it is very reasonably priced. If you're looking for a good budget QLED TV, then you can't go wrong here! Highly recommended!

Excellent TV for a good price. Bonus point is the 50" TV can fit well in the back of a Corolla. Also, I used it extensively for gaming. While in Gaming mode, there is no input delay and the games look gorgeous. Can nail the parries in Expedition 33 (check picture) and those who know will understand. The volume can get pretty high as well. Overall, very recommended.

Set-up was easy, even for a 76 year old. Picture is excellent, and audio is so good I’m not using my sound bar for the time being. And, price was great!

This has a great picture and is easy to use. My 7byear old nephew helped us to get started with it. The sound is nice too. We had read a couple of cons regarding this model but did not find them to be even as bad as we might have imagined. They were insignificant unless you want to spend 8 times more.

TCL's customer service support is excellent. I love the quality of the TV and how easy it is to navigate. Remote is user-friendly as well.

It’s a good TV for the bedroom. The color is good and the picture is very defined and vibrant in brighter scenes, but with dark scenes, this tv struggles with blacks and low light. For the price I got it at, I think it was a good buy. I would still recommend this tv for a bedroom for occasional viewing.

I had recently purchase this 50inch TCL from a 43inch Sony that stopped working a while back and I have to say I'm very pleasantly surprise with the price which wasn't too out the way of my budget and upgrading to a bigger screen with more apps is a big plus from my old Sony TV that lacks these features, so I'm very happy with my purchase...thank you Best Buy!!

Good value for a 50” QLED. But I was looking for a smart TV. This is fine if you want to connect your AppleTV or other streaming device.
