I recently purchased the TCL 55" QLED 4K Smart Google TV, and I must say, it has significantly enhanced my entertainment setup. I have multiple premium TV's including OLED's from Sony / LG, Neo QLED's from Samsung and of course the latest QD-OLED from Samsung. The TCL 6-Series is not meant to compete with those but for something that costs half to one third those mentioned above, the value proposition as noted by many reviews and critics is off the charts. This TV is super bright, has great color and sounds surprisingly good for a thin screen TV. Been watching this TV for awhile and at this close-out price, it is a no brainer and a must have.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing the TCL Class 6 55" Mini-LED TV. I was looking for something affordable with the best picture possible. This TV has amazing, colors, color depth, and brightness! Although this set came out two years ago, it is still available to purchase. Most TV Rating websites rate this along with the Hisense U8H which sells for about $400 more than the TCL. I found that this TV has many settings so you can fine tune the picture to your taste, and at the price of $400 for a Mini-LED TV, this is a steal!

Great tv for the price. Very high quality and high refresh rate. Trouble getting the tv to connect to google home, but not a huge deal.

I like this tv alot is has a beautiful picture and with 120hz it has made my gaming better(more Wins), my only gripe and the reason it is not 5 stars is the smart(googletv) is bugged and I cannot get it logged in, I have tried my phone, i have tried it manually, I even ran an ethernet cord to it for connectivity... no joy. So other than the smart tv part not working the tv rocks.

The TV has excellent picture and sound. The remote takes some getting use to as it does not have the standard numbers layout. Once I became familiar with it it was a breeze to work. I like how you can go from antenna to internet in a few clicks. The only issue I have is with the base legs. I have a small space and the legs did not fit. I had to buy another base to make the TV work in the only space I had. Maybe a couple of base options would be helpful.

The tv got good reviews through multiple websites as a budget 120hz tv, it works great for my PS5 and PC. One thing to note is that I got unlucky in which the 4th HDMI port does not work for me. I have verified that it is not a faulty HDMI cable or device by plugging the cables to other ports and its works fine. It doesn't bother me as I am really only using three hdmi ports.

The TV itself is wonderful, and has an excellent display. The only grapes I have are smaller issues with the software and the remote controller that the TV comes by. The off, and on button on the controller itself does not work, and certain functions of the TV through the software that provides is lackluster or altogether non-functioning. I would still highly recommend this TV at its price point for the quality that it brings.

I absolutely love this TV for watching movies but mainly for gaming. The picture is absolutely stunning. Being able to play 120 fps also is a huge plus. Smooth gameplay, input lag feels like it doesn't exist. There is so much to love about this TV. I am looking at getting a bigger one for the living room. I'd highly recommend for gamers and people who love looking at bright beautiful screens.

Well, I am 3 days in with our new 55” series 6 and I am blown away by the picture quality!! Set up wasn’t that difficult. You do need the google home app and a google account. I did not really adjust the factory settings and the picture is absolutely amazing!! The colors are the truest I’ve ever seen and rivals sets hundreds, even a thousand dollars more. The google operating system can be a little glitchy, I’m used to Apple TV for streaming, but google is easier for my girlfriend, so I may get rid of the Apple TV. It was a great deal for TCL’s top of the line TV. If anything changes, I will update.

This tv is amazing for the price! Rivals the high end OLED tvs for a fraction of the cost. Excellent for gaming.

Solid 4.5-5, havent used it too much but when I do use it, it looks amazing especially for $400, movies work perfectly fine. The only issue I have had with it is it sometimes seemingly randomly blacks out for a split second every few minutes when hooked up to my PC with a 3090 set to 4k 120hz. Minor issue but could be due to the cheap Amazon HDMI cable.

Ive always owned vizio/samsung TVS, a few months ago i went to a friends house and we were gaming on his TCL, and it looked amazing! I went to best buy and they had one of these bad boys hidden in a corner and grabbed it. Great purchase especially for gaming. 4k 120HZ ( get an hdmi 2.1) and VRR support. Thanks TCL/Best Buy

This TV is freaking awesome. I feel the need to write a review, because I noticed all the lower reviews this TV has! The main and really only complaint that people have is the Google TV. I did some research and found that when this TV first came out as it’s one of the first Google TV’s there were a lot of complaints about glitches and it got to a point when Best Buy even stopped selling it for a while apparently. I just got this TV August 2022 so maybe they updated it a lot, because I have 0 issues so far! Im used to Roku and love Roku. So I was hesitant to buy this TV. I like Google and it’s products and I wanted the 2021 model which only has Google TV. So I said screw it. I do not regret it! Google TV is way better than Roku in my opinion! It is a bit more complex and has more features, which I’d get older folks may not like. They just want simple. This TV seems to have way more features, and works way better than Roku. It’s been very smooth and glitch free for me. Hands free voice commands is awesome. Way more features for a guy who likes to mess with all the specs and settings. The picture is stunning. No one faults that at all. A TV with this picture like 2 years ago would’ve been 2-3k easy. This will hang with 1.5-2k TV’s all day. Sure it’s not OLED, but for the Money it’s like the next best thing. Some of Samsungs top end TV’s I’m sure have crazier features and quality’s, but also a crazy price! You can’t beat it for the money… 120hz for gaming amazing brightness and contrast. Google TV is amazing and issue free for me and that’s coming from someone who has used Roku for years.

I absolutely love this TV. I upgraded from a smaller 43" set by a different manufacturer. The picture is very good and the speakers are surprisingly good as well. The Google OS is very easy to use and is quite snappy. I have noticed that Spotify tends to crash every once in a while but that is the only issue I have with this set.

Makes our 4k movies pop! Helps our gaming become vivid and gorgeous! My one critique would be that it has developed a glitch where it suddenly closes apps and force opens vudu and then freezes and switches to hdmi 4 and refuses to move from there. So then we have to restart the whole tv.

I bought this tv for my son to play the new Xbox Series X and I must say it delivers. For the $400 I paid it is a steal now as for pq on movies ans streaming its pretty good bit main purpose is video games so if your are looking for pq I would do your home work but for the price not too shabby. I bought this back in Nov 2022 so by now there has to be better sales. But I recommend.

This is great tv at a even better price point. Highly rated for streaming, gaming, and ease of use. Built in google tv.
