DONT WASTE UR MONEY ON THIS REMOTE! I PURCHASED IT TO USE ON MY SMART TV AS BRAND REMOTE WAS LOST! THIS REMOTE WILL NOT STORE YOUR CODES AND I HAD TO PROGRAM CODES EACH TIME I NEEDED TO USE IT! TOSSED IN TRASH WHERE IS BELONGED! BUY DIFFERENT STORE SELLS!!!

Didn't like will return. Problem programming any of my devices.

The set up was not easy, I had my husband give it a try, but he only got part of it to work. I have Dish and a fire stick. My actual TV remote input button was wore out and didn't work anymore. I needed this to change the input to my TV. I don't use it at all.

I got this remote as a replacement remote for my LG TV. There are so many things this remote doesn't do that you'll end up like me having to buy the original remote because it won't interface with my TV as it was expected to do. Very clunky and not very user friendly. I honestly wish I could return it.

I returned it. I use YouTube TV. It didn't bring up the guide

Never used it. I was told it would not work with my sound bar and had to replace it with a more expensive one. I had the more expensive universal remote set up which I do not like and the TV remote sits in a drawer with the sound bar remote and dvd remote.

Not sure how to rate this because I wasn’t able to make this work for my tv. Unfortunately I could not find the receipt, or I would have returned it. This remote was recommended by a Best Buy employee when I visited your store.

I bought this remote for my husbands tv in which the tv we bought from Best Buy it does not work and I know we have waited to long to return it I don’t want a refund we would use it at best buy

Bought this as a stop gap while waiting for our new LG Remote to arrive. It’s insanely cheap, and comes with 8 pages of instructions. I was able to get volume and channel to work, power as well but not much else. Not recommended.

Couldn't get remote to connect with TV. This is supposed to be a replacement remote, but none of the code provided worked. I am taking it back to BestBuy for a refund.

Best Buy employee said would work with TCL Roku TV. Turns on off, but will not let you put channel #'s in to select, have to go 1 at a time. My opinion is waste of money!!

Complete waste of money. If you like wasting money you will love wasting time as well. Both will be provided! Highly recommend spending a bit more money and getting what you want. Best of luck!

Don’t buy Misplaced my Apple remote replaced with this universal remote. Followed instructions But my remote on my IPhone worked better than this product

Bought this as replacement until our actual remote from manufacturer arrives. It would not link to our tv and we ended up just downloading an app to our phones that allowed us to to use our smart tv without one.

Not worth the purchase. We couldn’t get it to work properly. It’s been sitting in the bag waiting on my lazy butt to return it.

Well. You cut me off and did not allow me to complete the review. You said the picture was optional but you used the lack of one to stop the completion of my review.

did not work with my 70" Roku tv, or my vizio sound bar, or my tivo. tiny print on the instructions had to take a pcture of the page so I could enlarge it.

Piece of crap. Can't get to do anything. Instructions are even worse to understand. Very disappointed. I'm disabled and no one here to help me. Will be returned the product.

Product did not work as described. Was not able to return for a remote that worked, so had to purchase another remote.

Very unsatisfied with this product. If you have a Samsung TV and plan on navigating apps like netflix, hulu etc... This is not the remote for you.
