Purchased new because I could only find used Gen 1 32 amp units and I wanted 48 amp capability. Straight forward to install and works just fine.

The charger has been the best addition to my garage and Tesla experience. It was easy to install and charges my car faster than my old charger. Having it install makes having my car a breeze and I always know I am ready to travel. Supercharger who?!?!?

I have used this wall charger for the past 6 months. It is easy to use, looks good and has never given me any issues. In fact, I put it on the inside of my garage but leave the connector on the outside. It has been snowed on, rained on, in subzero temps and has worked seamlessly. Just be aware a Tesla certified installation can range anywhere from $800+ depending on length from your electrical panel, existing slots, etc.

Recently purchased a Tesla y and needed a home charger. Although its expensive its worth it especially if your local utility company offers rebates. It works seamlessly with my tesla and app. I debated on getting this or another brand but decided to get the tesla charger. You wont be disappoimted

The Tesla Wall Connector was installed by our electrician and they did a great job! The wall Connector works Perfectly!! Our Tesla model Y now charges up to 44 miles per hour!! Just Amazing. Thank you Best Buy for stocking this item.

Works great. Had an electrician set it up, and it works amazing! No issues at all and it’s really a game changer from using only the mobile charger to having a full charge overnight.

Tesla wall charger is great. Charges at 48A. Fast. Takes at the mist 3.5 hours to charge. Mist days it takes like 2 hours to charge. Easy install. Looks good. I would recommend this charger for any Tesla owner as the other chargers do not perform as well as this.

Works consistently and has ability to schedule the charge. The electrician recommended the wall charger instead of nema outlet as it's safer. No problem so far.

Used a local electrician to install in my garage. Used a 60 amp breaker which allows me to get the full miles per hour and no overheating cord. Works well with app and WiFi

The best of the best. This charger is the real deal. I highly suggest having an electrician install the unit. Very Easy to operate. The only flaw was my wife had a hard time syncing the device with the wifi.

Such a good buy, I was happy I could order from best buy. Its a big purchase but if you own a tesla very much needed. I have saved so much money having my own charge station at home.
