Great looking product that was easy to install. There are a few things I wish it came with. First, better instructions. They are available from the Tesla website but you have to print them yourself. The ones that come in the package are next to useless. I also wish the backings to the plate were actually punch-outs. They look like they are but they aren't so you need a special drill bit in order to get them out to install it. Other than that this is a great product!

Works perfectly, WAY faster than the charge that plugs into the regular outlet, in fact it's 10 times faster. I plug in around 20% and I have it set to off peak hours. Around 1am the charger kicks on and my car is ready to go at 6:30 am.

I bought this originally from Tesla app and noticed that there’s much more value buying it from BestBuy since there’s more warranty and protection. This has worked really well for the past year and I love it!

This is an awesome product. I bought this for my home charging. It is an easy installation process. The only issue is it takes time to connect to TESLA WIFI.
