    Charger looks stylish but the front is glass, which is easy to shatter. Tesla should have made it with a clear poly instead of glass.

    Simple install for electrician, but if use maximum size wire hard to close connection Wi-Fi hard to connect

    My charger failed after only 18 months. The charger kept tripping the breaker and smelled like an electrical fire. An electrician checked the panel, the breaker and all the wiring and found the charger to be faulty. Even though it has a 48 month warranty, Tesla will not honor it.

    Worked well until it didnt. Had the electrician out three times and on the third visit, the electrician said the wall charger is defective.

    Have used the charger for one week and the charger getting heated and tried to reach customer care and they have no idea and they have the return period for 14 days which is not feasible for me to remove and replace and they have worst customer service
