It is not good, it only charges sometimes which means on some occasions, I don’t get a charged Tesla when I drive out to work

Stopped working after 3 weeks. Called Tesla and now have to call again Monday morning to have a separate department run diagnostics to see why it wont charge our vehicle.

Not expected as working and Best Buy never replaced it

Fancy, easy to install, work great, mostly 4-5 hoiurs to be charged

Received a faulty charger and it keeps tripping the GFCI . Requesting BestBuy to replace the product

Excellent charger and super easy to use. Works just like a supercharger, except slower. Still, plug it in and it starts working. It'll charge until it reaches the pre-set cutoff or until charging is manually stopped. Remove the plug and your done. Tesla automatically charges your card. Easy peasy. I had the charger professionally installed on a 60amp breaker. If you use a lower power amp, then the charging speed will be lower as well. We had the charger, the line and the amp professionally installed. BTW, charging in Miami costs $0.16 per kWt whereas charging on a supercharger varies, but is generally about $0.36 per kWt, or a bit more the 2X.

I have been charging my Tesla Y with this 48A wall charger. It works great! I have not had any issues. I have also used it (with an adapter) to charge a rented Hyundai Ioniq 5. It worked perfectly. It also integrates with my Tesla app. I am so glad I ordered this charger from Best Buy and installed it before I ordered my Tesla

Excellent charger with long cord & strong wall hanger

nice unit easy to install. i used 6g wire with 50amp breaker but when you hook to wifi it asks breaker size and only charges 80% rated amps. so it will only charge 40amps but even if i put larger it is still an overnight charge so it wont make much difference

Design of device is really nice. Thought that I would be slow at charging but it’s is fast and efficient. I highly recommend this product for Tesla owners.

Great charger ! Its just like a super charger . Takes literally 30-35 40 minutes max to fully charge ! Definitely recommend!

If you own an EV, this is the best charger you can buy. The model I purchased was specifically for my Model 3. I get up to 32A at home which charges so fast that I can set my car to only charge during off-peak hours which saves over 20% on electricity and since I have the LFP battery, it goes all the way up to 100% charge every night.

Same product sold by Tesla but this was more convenient than traveling an hour to pick it up at my nearest Tesla. Best Buy even had the option to drop ship it to my local cvs down the street!
