Does a good job ,specially with daylight. Not so good during the night, but it works anyway. Careful with the sticker, the installing process could be complicated.

Good basic dashcam to record your environment while driving day or night. Beeps when you go over a hard bump...It things it was an accident. Not bad though for the money. Easy to install and use.

This was a gift for my son. His expectation of storage capacity (SD card) was unrealistic (24 hrs pricey) but he has found it to be enough for his purposes. It was a simple set-up and operation.

I purchased this camera to be used as a rear facing dash cam. The power cord was more than long enough to route to the outlet on the front of the car. I have it in a Toyota Corolla. Once the car is on the camera starts on its own and instantly begins recording video, it even verbally tells you it's starting to record. Another great feature is that the camera will automatically record over old videos when the memory card gets full. You really don't have to do anything once it's connected! The camera will also save small clips in incidents where it feels noticeable bumps, thinking that maybe you got into something worth saving. Those video clips are saved onto a different folder that does not auto-delete so that you don't have to worry about losing those clips in the event an accident occurs. The only gripe is that some road bumps will trigger it and a noticeable "beep" will sound from the camera, you get used to it after a while. Video is clear, even through the rear tinted window it's recording through.

I've had the F50 for about a month, and overall I like it, although it does have a few shortcomings: PROS: -Inexpensive -Easy to Install -Very Small, hides behind your rear-view mirror -The video is adequate CONS: -Needs an integrated USB port on charger. My car is a bit older, so this plugs into the lighter, and takes up my only front USB port option. -The videos are broken into very small segments - about 20 seconds long. Makes trying to find and view videos difficult. -It's not obvious where to find the installation instructions (those are on the included micro SD card). I found those AFTER I installed it. A slip should be included noting where to find that.

This is the first time that use the Thinkware F50 dash cam. It is not expensive, but it is a very good value. At least I have something to prove. It works very well so far.

Great Dash Cam for this price point. Video quality is good, night video is ok. The main thing you are buying is peace of mind. Comfort in knowing that if you get in a wreck, you'll have good video evidence of the incident and that will pay for itself 5 fold. It's also a lot of fun to now have video of some of the ridiculous driving you see on the road everyday.

Pros: Easy to setup and use, great quality video. Nice, small footprint on windshield. Software from company website provides lots of configuration options. Power cable is nice and long. Cons: Night video is decent, could be better. Audio volume adjustment levels could be more fine-grained All in all, well worth the price and peace of mind.

I purchased this during the Christmas season. For my first Dash Cam, this is not a bad purchase at all. For the price I paid, I am pretty impressed with the video and sound quality in the day and at night. I would recommend this product to Family and Friends.

I bought one of these for my mom a few months ago because she wanted a camera to record anything that she might see on her daily work commute or while running other errands. Turns out that she loved it and after having that sense of security I overheard my dad say he wanted one too so that was an early birthday gift for him :) The camera comes with an included memory card but buy yourself a 32GB microSD card (also recommend high transfer speeds 80 MB/s should be the sweet spot). The 12v cable that comes with the camera is more than enough to route it so that it can be hidden. It also comes with 4 or 5 mini micro 3m pieces which are used to keep the cable in place. The hardest part with the setup of the camera seems to be getting the 3M tape off the back of the windshield mount. That plastic sticks on there tight so it takes a few minutes (for both cameras) for us to peel that off. Neither of the cameras have fallen off and the mount has not separated from the windshield in either cars as of this point. If you're looking for a great dash cam for a great price (got both on sale for under $100) then buy this one without hesitation.

This is a Great affordable camera for around town. The camera will provide clear video evidence, if and or when our vehicle is in an accident, more effectively documenting fault. Out Farmers insurance is very supportive of dash cam use. It does not include GPS information.

I love its design. Small and practical. Easy to install. Will buy additional cable for the parking mode.

Works well. Good quality image. Does quit working sometimes if it is left in the windshield on a hot day. Good product for the money.

This is a basic cam. No need to do anything once it’s installed. Has no video display. Uses a memory card.

really like how small and the fact that you can turn off the voice record feature. on my first drive with it installed it captured an accident.

I purchased this dash cam to help with my ride share job. Within a week, it saved me when a guy ran BACKWARDS into the street in front of me. He claimed I was speeding and didn't slow down, but the camera shows him being reckless and was ticketed for Jay walking! Best investment I've made!
