The A button(action keypad) broke after 5 months. I contacted the company(also it was a headache contacting them, since they're only open 4 hours from monday thru thursday, and their hours are wrong in their website), after a month later, they send me another one. I'm pretty sure it's gonna break again, because it's cheap plastic. If you want to see more people with this problem, just type thrustmaster A button double clicking, and you will see many people with this problem, and a month later, i started getting stick drift. wouldn't recommend this controller to anyone

Works great on PC. Sometimes have to unplug it and plug it back in to turn on. Have it configured like a Playstation controller.

After replacing the standard controller that comes with Xbox to this, all I can say is Wow. Noticeable difference in response time. It actually seems like when I push the buttons it does what it's supposed to do. The only annoying thing is that it must stay plugged in to work. Not that big of a deal as it comes with a super long cord.

The controller itself is 5 but bestbuy is 3. The wire of the controller came smelling like weed.

Very good idea for a controller, but it’s extremely large in hands. I’d say I have normal to larger hands and this thing just feels awkward. Returned for elite controller.

If you use RB LB RT LT (top buttons) alot for games this controller is not for you. The mechanical clicking sound with every press is louder than my keyboard. It was annoying after 1 minutes. CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK..........the only thing wrong with it. If you wear headphones you might be fine,

I cannot say enough about this Thrustmaster ESWAP X Pro Controller, it is amazing how much it has improved my gaming. I will mention right off the bat, the controller is a little larger in your hands than an Xbox controller. Also, please note, this is a WIRED controller. Once I connected the controller, I setup the mapping of the rear buttons and it is so nice to have the extra buttons for games like MW and War Zone. The wire is long but I ended up buying a real nice quality 10 foot USB extension and it made all the difference for me and I like to sit back once in a while on the Xbox in front of my 75" TV, Now, when I went to play War Zone on the PC, I did not need the cable extension. The speed of the controller is great and being able to swap the joy sticks is the best part. I am a PS guy that switch to Xbox, now I can have a PS style layout on Xbox, I love it. You can buy accessories for the controller from Thrustmaster but I have not personally. Pros: Amazing design Swapable buttons Maping of buttons Large Trigger buttons Speed of controller being wired Feel like it was made with Quality Headphone Jack Volume and Mute Buttons Price Cons: Size is larger Weight Wired Controller I really love this controller and recommend it highly.

it is an almost perfect control I have no doubt, I highly recommend it

The right thumbstick went out after only 6 months of use, bought a new module, and it doesnt move smoothly around the outside, like theres a bump or something. And it would only move about halfway in the app and in games. The A button double presses every press. Id rather just get either an official controller, or maybe like victrix controller instead. Victrix one year of use, still feels brand new.

I play with this for a month every single day for 4-7 hrs end is really good ! I dont like the way to use the xbox control so i just move the joystick to play like tha ps control i recommend this 100%

Great controller, easy to use and no lag because is wired. In my opinion much stronger than the Elite 1&2 I hate to say it after replacing a bunch of them.

Works decent out of the box. the left trigger button sticks occasionally, and the buttons underneath are small and ill placed making them.nearly unusable.

Love the controller. Takes some getting used to just like any new controller, but once I did it is the best one I have had. Works great for my Series X.

Such a great concept such poor delivery it doesn't matter what you do how much you clean it how careful you are the stick will always get stick drift and it is not correctable at this one little issue was dealt with it would be a 10 out of 10

Cool controller! Got this for my 10yrs old and he loves it! He’s back and forth between it and his Elite 2. Think he loves them equally!

The ability to swap the analog sticks around is amazing, came from years of playstation and made gaming more comfortable.
