When it works it’s great! However, it might one work day and not the next.

This is not a good item. Say it’s waterproof (splash proof) and dirt proof. But the first couple of raindrops stop working. I bought this for locate my cat, and sometimes the cat was in front of me in the same room, and the app can’t find it. (WiFi and Bluetooth range). I’m not recommending this in any way.

I would push for a wider scope of range, but over all it's worth the money.

got this as a gift stopped working after one month possible dead battery?

Not dependable. Sometimes works and sometimes not. Very frustrating

It worked till the dog bit it. Not sure how. Oh well.

They advertise heavily that it has a better range but not any better than the previous one. You practically have to be sitting right on top of it. Couldn't find my keys so i tried Tile but it couldn't find it. I finally found them myself (3 feet from me) and then an hour later the Tile app notified me it had found my key...after I carried them around about a foot from my smartphone that entire time.

They say I need to replace them both and pay to replace them when I bought them expecting them to work.

I had to upgrade my old Tiles because the battery is was not replaceable. The old tile would connect to the app and ring ring when commanded through the app. The new app either doesn't work as well since the update or the tiles do not connect to the app. either way, my keys were on the counter in front of my under a piece of paper and the only location that the app could give me was when they were at the gym a week before. I could not get them to ring using the app. so another $100 spent on junk.

I did not use these for lost keys. I put them on my dogs' collars to keep track of them. For the most part, they did not work that great.

The research I did led to the opinion that this device could advise you when you left the object behind. IE, I walked away from my keys... Turns out, the only feature they offer is one where it might alert you if you leave the house without it. I say might because it's an added monthly feature and during the trial period, I never got it to work properly...

Not impressed at all.. It works sometimes.. I would say like 15% of the time it works..

Died literally after 6months of owning it, not sure if I would buy another one

One Tile Pro will connect and the other one will not play the tune or connect. I have been trying to reach TIle support for a couple of days. The website's chat feature does not work and they do not respond to emails.

If this really worked it would be great but for some reason it just keeps disconnecting.

I purchased this as a gift but found it too difficult to install the app and it’s not something that can easily be attached to a cell phone. Also, I went to 4 different Best Buy stores trying to locate it, but none of them had it in stock. Very disappointed considering all that went into just purchasing it.

The Best Buy associate told me that the battery is only good for about a year. “That’s how they get you to keep buying.” Guess it would be practical for a key chain but difficult to attach to other items.

This item only jas a radius of like 15 feet, it does not refresh location often. Do not recomend

This product will lose sound and than its useless save your money and dont bother buying this. Take it frome me i bought both versions the sport than the pro and now im fighting for a refund.
