I'm not the most tech savvy guy out there and buying a new TV was a bit intimidating. The BB rep helped me over the phone. He was wonderful. Answered all my questions. Didn't talk down to me either. (And I am sure I asked him some dumb questions!) Got the TV. Very easy to set up. It worked from the get go and we've really enjoyed watching it. No buyer's remorse at all. Thank you BB!

I don't really like looking for TV's on-line without discussing options with a service rep, but with the stores being closed I had no choice. I am glad I selected this TV. After reading reviews of many TVs, I liked this model the best. The picture & sound are amazing, setup was easy & I am really enjoying this purchase!

Everything you would expect from a fire tv. I get all my streaming services with beautiful picture and sound. My only issue is that it kicks itself off the WiFi every other day or so and I have to reconnect it. Besides that it is an awesome purchase that I do not regret buying.

Did a curbside pickup because of the pandemic. And easy to set up ,excellent picture and even better price!

This tv has weird little annoyances. Says it cant detect my remote out of the blue but when I pick up the remote its fine. Loves to turn itself off in a very short timeframe and its very irritating. Not much faster than a Fire Stick. Memory not impressive. Has 2 legs instead of 1 center leg no thanks. No dedicated input button. Under $300 I guess whatever.

Bought this after returning a Samsung 7 Series 43-inch Smart TV. The picture on the Samsung was WAY too dark. I returned that TV within 24 hours. Bought this Toshiba on sale for $239, $50 cheaper than the Samsung, and SOOO much better. The picture quality on this TV is excellent out of the box. The connectivity has been excellent so far, and the sound is good even without a sound bar or other accessories. Very happy with this purchase.
