The TV is great the Best Buy staff helped me loaded into my Ford Explorer and yes a 75-in TV can fit.

DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM BEST BUY. I purchased 75” TV for as the birthday gift for my dad. He didn’t open the box right away. He opened it 7 days later. When he opened the box and turned it on it was showing black screen except top right corner looked like white lines and cracked. After inspecting it I realized that was inside of screen and no cracks on the outside. I took the TV back to the store in Schaumburg 900 E Golf Rd. First at the front door they asked what was wrong and if TV was bought in last 14 days. I said yes and she said to leave it there and go to TV Center and talked to them there. I was waiting 30 minutes for someone to help. The guy approached me and ask if he could help and told him what I was waiting for so he said he couldn’t help. We waited another 15 minutes and finally another guy showed up and again same questions. He said no problem I will see if we have same TV in stock. Came back after 10 minutes and said he found TV. He told me to go to the front and he will bring it to the front. It took another 10 minutes to bring it to the front. After that he said he needs to find someone to help him take returned TV to Squad Geek. It took him another 5 minutes and he came back saying he couldn’t find anyone to help him. So my husband and uncle carried TV to desk just to get I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO LOOK AT TV NOW from geek guy. The guy that was helping me was nice and he said move it the side so I can plug it in. So we moved it to the power outlet and he plugged it in. He saw that TV wasn’t working. It showed same thing in the corner but this time it also showed lines like pixels are not working. Only shows lines. He said that he needed to get his manager. His manager camp over and inspected TV and he declared that it was physical damage. I asked him how he determined physical damage since the screen is not cracked. It was something inside of TV and if it was physical damages it would show on the outside of screen. It was clearly something inside of TV with pixels. When I asked that question he got nasty with me. I asked for exchange of TV or refund and he refused with really bad attitude. He was so rude and I asked him for his name. He told me his name was BRIAN. I asked for GM and he said he was the only manager there. I asked for his business card and he told me he didn’t have one. I said I was contact corporate offices and he said he didn’t care. He walked away from me. I don’t appreciate this from management. If you don’t do something about this I will never go back to Best Buy and I’m telling all my family and friends about this bad experience.

After a few months white lines started showing up on left side of the screen and it will randomly freeze up or lag really bad when using apps

On my 75" Toshiba, after a year and 2 months, some lines started to appear on the screen, and after a short time more lines appeared on the screen until finally I couldn't see them anymore. I contacted Bestbuy and they told me that they don't take care of the screen failure and that I had to contact Toshiba service. I contacted them and they asked me to send them a photo of the model number, which is a label on the back, also that I send them photos of all sides of the front of the TV, edges, with the TV on and off, that I send them by email... that's what I did, the following days I sent them more photos of the TV and so I did... more off and more on. A few days later they sent me an email from Toshiba / Hisense support that the TV had a 1 year warranty that had already expired two months ago... that I contacted some service near where I live, very funny...

I asked if they had an official service near me... they answered me with the same email "Template" that I contacted a service of mine, basically that I should look for it myself.
Nothing, I don't recommend it at all... I asked them again why they made me take a thousand photos and send them to them, to tell me that the warranty had expired... I never understood it and they answered me again with the email "Template" from the last time... That was my unpleasant experience with Toshiba.

This TV is great! This is the 3rd Toshiba Amazon Fire TV that I have owned. Comes with all the bells and whistles you could need. Would liked the hdmi connections to be a little further apart but I manage.

Great TV for the price! Easy to setup. Slight white light border at edge of screen but after a bit it’s not too noticeable. Other than that No complaints so far.

TV is built fine. Picture is decent out of the box without any tweaking. Unfortunately, there is a lot of stuttering in the picture whenever streaking high fidelity content, and it also makes playing video games (I used an Xbox Series X) at 60fps intolerable. While playing Destiny 2, the picture would constantly freeze while playing. I even tried dropping to 30fps, and while it solved most of the issue, there was some freezing/stuttering still present. Also, in low ambient light, the backlight bleeds from the sides of the screen.
