According to Best Buy return policy, the return period concluded on May 23, 2025, just 15 days after pickup. Unfortunately, the router has since become inoperable. When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was informed there was “nothing we can do,” despite the fact that the product failed shortly after the return period. Consequently, I was left with no choice but to purchase another router on June 12, 2025, only 35 days after the original pickup date. As a long-standing Best Buy customer who has spent thousands of dollars annually, both personally and through my company, I find this experience extremely disappointing. I expected greater accountability and support for the products sold by the Best Buy organization, particularly for equipment that fails within such a short time frame. This time, I have opted to purchase a four-year protection plan, though I would have preferred not to be placed in this position in the first place. I trusted Best Buy to offer quality products backed by responsive customer service, and I am now reevaluating that trust.
