It was simple to install and start using. The app is pretty straightforward to use and manage. I do have some issues where people cannot stay connected to the router. They get booted frequently. We have not been able to figure that out yet.

Shame of me for name shaming - TP-LINK delivered with this product. Excellent coverage, supporting 35+ devices in a single family home. I would absolutely purchase again.
Excellent features and network "observability" within the product as well. Since installing not a single family member has complained about the internet being slow.

Great WiFi performance across WiFi 5, 6 and 7 including highly performant with iPhone 16 Pro. Phone support is quite accessible and relatively competent compared to many other consumer network brands I've had experience with.
That said, this TP-Link product line, documentation and support may be quite confusing for both consumers and experienced network admins.
For the former, it's rather too complicated, none of the eager to help BB staff was even CLOSE to correctly understanding the specs of the Deco and Archer product lines, and the "simple" setup is prone to APPEARING to work, but you're not actually getting the performance you paid for. It's possible, but you might need a lot of support to get it to work right.
Perversely, this Deco can be equally frustrating for experienced users of commercial gear: the attempt to make everything easy means there are some missing specs, and if this kit is all "standards based" TPL manages to obscure that behind their mobile app, non-standard terminology, and support techs that don't seem familiar with standards and can't answer simple advanced-user questions.
My experience: I got it all working, but it took WAY too much time and effort.

Easy to set up,have great coverage throughput the house. Set up mine with wired backhaul so speeds are better than if on WiFi backhaul. Have had a few firmware updates since purchased with no issues.

Used these as a replacement for the Google Fiber mesh routers. Work better than those and also works great with a MOCA connection using my home's in wall coaxial cables.

Works flawlessly. And confirmed works with 2gig fiber service via wired connection. No slouch wirelessly too. Works with wifi 6e, don’t have a wifi 7 device yet, but I’m future proof now. Software is great and it shows upload and download of each device independently. Auto configures satellites, I have them in wired mode. Network is now much more responsive.

Loved it! I thought I had to change my internet provider, but it completely solved all our problems! I watched many reviews and on this price range, this is definitely the best.

Love this mesh router system. I live in a rural area and we are limited from our broadband connection, but these routers spread the signal wide and evenly throughout our 5000+sf home and even out to the garages.

This is working well in my home with a basement, 1st, 2nd floor. It is comfortably blanketing roughly 3,000 SF with fast and reliable Wi-Fi. In 2 months, I have had 1 minor issue that was solved by rebooting all the modules manually.
