Great on paper, poor execution in use.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Interpretation of controls into simulator is great, but the yoke is very choppy on the pitch control. looking at reviews online, apparently this is a well known issue for this yoke with the “sticking” and difficult to be precise. Turtlebeach knows about these issues since it’s been vocalized by the community since its release but nothing has been done to remedy it in any revision.

Can be a little frustrating to update, but eventually you figure it out. Just don't tell my wife how much I spent on it.

Just turn of the pilot assistance options for landing and takeoff in Microsoft flight simulator. At first i thought it was controls but it wasnt. They perform flawlessly!!!!

From the moment I connected and attempted a take off with probably 150+ souls on board. We crashed at take off due to the pitch up and down not working right out the box! Oh the humanity! I attempted to find a customer support phone number and was left with no option but to navigate through a lengthy process to leave a "message" with turtle beach support. Only to receive an email that "someone" will contact me within a couple of weeks. Needless to say, it's back at Best Buy. So sad, I was really looking forward to it. On the Turtle Beach side, they were going to replace it, but they wanted theirs back first instead of sending me a replacement with a label to ship the bad unit back. I don't have time to go through this 4-6 week process after spending nearly $400. I don't think I'll be buying another one.

Great but complicated
