Excellent sound quality. Grade A materials. Love the features. Reasonably priced. Did I mention it is portable and wireless? Best of all it's waterproof! The other models can't compare. Totally satisfied.

The product worked just fine for "3" months (the last one I had worked well for over "5" years, but it became an issue as not being able to recharge. So, I went back to the Best Buy in Orland Parl IL. where I purchased it from to get an exchange, but was informed by the perosn at the return counter that a refund or exchange was only good for a 30 day period. I wasn't looking for a refund but only an exchange for a faulty product. I then asked for someone else and the young lady informed me she was the mgr. So, then I asked for another person I could speak with, and a store mgr. by the name of just BG, explained again I could only use the manufactors warranty, as my "30' day period had expired, as having purchased it in Dec., and not even checking the product to see what the issue was to possibly what was faulty with it. However, he did explain that I should have purchased one of "2" warranties which were avaialbe. This is really a sad situation, as thinking I could rely on Best Buy to stand behind a product they sell. There are multiple retailers which I could have purchased from, but this one having the product I wanted (again as having purchased there several times before) and being close to home. I will never again purchase from Best Buy, no matter what the product is, or their proximity to my home, as its rather insulting having to be told I need to purchase a warranty, rather than rely on what "should be" their reputation as a retailer, being a good business practice to do so, especially after such a short period of time!

I was a fan of the original megaboom! I even bought a second one to pair! Sound was great and the durability of this speaker is ridiculous! However, the charging port went bad on 1 of them, so without hesitation i decided to upgrade to the megaboom 3..couldn't be more disappointed!!! It sucks!!!! Volume doesn't even compare to the original! Buy a jbl charge 5 for the same price..or less! It kills this speaker!!!
