Sure you can spend more money. But why? This camera is bright, not laggy at all. The night visibility is awesome and you can actually see when they say it's got Infered or night vision. I bought one off the web from Groupon. Nothing wrong for a starter little cam. But after 45 days the screen just went to snow the audio never worked. You get what you pay for in this one at Best Buy serves the purpose without breaking the bank

I got this on black Friday and it seems ok. A few things I don't like is that you have to keep it plugged in or it will shut right off. And you can't put I 64GB SD card in it. It only goes as high as 32 GB.

Bought this camera for my Dad for christmas. He said he want a dash cam because people drive crazy around the holidays. It is perfect, easy to use and just want he wanted. I showed him how to use it in 5 mins and he has been using it every night since.

I got it on Black Friday its now the first week of Jan and works fine. First dash cam I have had. Good video in the day, at night its ok but guessing most dash cams are ok at night. I hooked it up to my computer, it downloads the video well but haven't been able to use it as a web cam. I'm really not using it for that so not too worried about it.

It's small,but has amighty bite.great apps,and easy to use.

its a great dash cam. I can place it almost anywhere with the suction mount. its easy to set up and it is small so that it is not so visible.

I love it its simple not complex and works very well picture isn't crisp but really for eth price overall is very good can read lic plates that are in front but not far, so great picture for eth price, simple and reliable

It's a cheap dash cam. It works pretty well. It's small and compact which is nice. The battery doesn't last more than fifteen minutes so you'll need to keep it plugged in or hard wire it. Mounding hardware works but is cheap and flimsy. Image quality is great in the daytime unless the sun is shining at it. Night time image quality is not as good as I'd like but it's ok. Definitely records everything clearly within view of your headlights at night. Overall it's not a bad product but there seems to be better options for around the same price or less if you shop around.

I bought this Dash Car on sale at Best Buy for only $40.00. The Positives are that the video quality is very good, the files can easily be read on a MAC computer. I've read that some dash cam files do not work on a MAC, so it is good this one does work. At the Best Buy website it said it came with a micro SD card which turned out to be true, it was odd since the owner's manual indicates it does not come with one. The drawback of this camera is that the micro SD card goes in so far that it is difficult to pop out, I have to push it in with a tiny screwdriver to have it pop out, if I didn't know the card was in there it almost looks as if there is no card inserted. I like that it has a power button so that I can turn it off if I use it on a car that always has a lighter that supplies constant power. To mute the microphone you need to go through the menu choices instead of having a mute button as other dash cameras do. The cable for the dash cam was about 1 foot to short for my car, I routed it along the headliner, down the pillar, by the footwell, center console and it did not reach the lighter. I had to buy an extension.

This is my first dash cam and it seems to work pretty good. Easy to use.

Bought this dash cam for my husband for Christmas. We used it Christmas Day while traveling. It works great, easy to use and picture is very clear. Would definitely recommend this.

We bought this dash cam to put in our motorhome. I wished we had bought 2 dash cams so I could have one in my car. I bought it as a today's special deal. There's a lot of power in this little camera. It was very easy to set up and it's chear when viewing on my desktop. I put the largest memory card I could put in it.

Item works just as it says and the clarity of the video in the daytime is good enough. Nighttime video is a little hard with headlights glaring at you, but should be able see well enough. Don't hold a charge, so camera is always plugged in, I'd prefer to not have the wire hanging around all the time. Overall I'm happy, it's a good first dash cam. When I upgrade this will be good to give to one of my kids.

I bought this dashcam during Black Friday and it worked well for about a month. I recently started noticing that it would randomly stop recording while driving, requiring a hard reset. Then today, the camera stopped working entirely and the display became non-functional (see picture). This is a cheap camera made with cheap parts. Don't let the "brand name" fool you!

Pros: Video, photo are clear and menu buttons are easy to navigate. Cons: Charging port should have been facing passenger side Motion sensor is sometimes to sensitivity (option to change it)

Good basic Dashcam for the price. Clear picture. Loops for continual recording.

All my Dump Trucks (17of them ) are now wearing them , and i love the idea of being able to review my drivers if there is ever a problem. Sharp and clear pictures one of our cameras help local police in a shooting near where our trucks were parked, because the cameras are alway left on for security reasons. We are using the DS cards (Samsung EVO + 64GB) and it is a very clear picture.

Vey happy with the dashcam, the picture is clear and believe in the saying "one picture is better than one thousand words" There are just to many drivers out there plus falling trees so the dashcam should be there just in case. Went out and got one for the other car. Decent price on the cameras.
