    This unit worked fine onluly the first day. I had to pay to ship it back to get it repaired. They took their sweet time sending it back and now its even worst. The buttons dont work anymore and the top camera is faded and does not record any more. This item is junk and advise you not to buy because you might have the same issue. I didnt want to pay another 20dollars to send it back in and have the same results.

    Already it has been helpful I set it and went into the store someone bumped into my car and I was able to get their plate and my insurance tracked them down

    This camera software is stuck in 2018. Cannot change the year in date and time setting. Uniden service rep knows about it but have no solution or update except that management is aware of the issue.

    Camera picture and sound quality is great but within 4 months the USB charging port broke in the camera. The warranty is not existant and best buy doesn't cover it either. Do not recommend.

    I purchased this Dash Cam to replace an older less expensive model. The features includes a suction cup or adhesive mount. There wasn't a suction cup provided and only the adhesive was given. Unfortunately we can't use it because of the mounting bracket, this unit wasn't designed for easy removal and once adhesive is applied it can't be moved, you need to take a small bolt and nut off with a tiny thumbscrew, the parts would end up getting lost. So I am returning to the store.
