before returning product, I purchased it on 1/1/2023 and I was given an appointment for installation 3/20/2023. This is really bad service. There needs to be an outsource company that is an alternative for customers to be properly serviced. Best Buy need to consider the customers needs.

Just what I wanted and needed. Geek Squad tech in Mountain View was great!

I have not been able to operate this system successfully as the Geek Squad installer at the Southland store in Taylor did not take the time to explain the "how to's" . As a result, so many things have gone wrong with this system so often that I've had to disconnect it from my vehicle's battery in order to enter and drive without the alarm blasting. Why can't this be easy?

Bought it for adding Starter Disable, but installer told me it doesn't support this feature, even though it says so on the box and includes the relay??? Told me that since I have a factory alarm it does nothing more and won't help. I have a car without an immobilizer, and the salesperson stated this would kill the starter when armed, but installer says no?

Key Fobs are not as displayed. Dissapointed I needed the aux button to open my back hatch and the one i got has the aux button on the side and it is VERY small. hard to push

I think this is a good alarm, but i did expect better

We were given a 445 appointment on 4/30. This store is 40 miles away. When we got to the store they wouldnt do the installation and the manager was unprofessional and rude. Would never recommend this store again. Would give negatve stars if I could.

Worst customer services. Agent told me something and in-store they are telling something else about the product installation.

Technicians are not all certified to install and refuse services

Viper alarm has to many issues. Takes 3-4 times to unlock front door, passenger door requires me to hit key fab more times for disarming to work. This is not convenient for me with disabled mother in a walker, and myself on crutches.

Stopped working properly after not even two months. I got it proffessionally installed and its just crap

I returned it back to the store in January since I could not have it installed, I had an appointment with them to install it on my car and waited 6 months to have it done only to have them cancel my appointment about a week before the appointment day

I don’t believe I got this item. My key doesn’t look like this one. But the one I have works when it wants too. It may start the car but I will be locked out. And once I get in the car kills as soon as I open door

quality car alarm for good price. good chat service for customers.

Sucked because it wasn't a compatible system to my car and got overcharged.

As long as you don’t need/want remote start, this is a solid choice.

Ultimately they were unable to install on my classic vehicle. Technician said it could be installed, however upon arrival for installation I was told that they could not perform the task. TOTAL LET DOWN.
