Great TV. The remote has no volume control. You need to get a universal remote for Vizio.

This is a good little tv for any family member that needs an upgrade. Price is very good. I was very impressed with the picture quality. All apps I need were already pre installed definitely would recommend

I ordered online on Black Friday and got an email when it was ready for pickup that same day. I expected a long delay at the store. I walked in, asked where the online pickup was, walked up to the desk, showed my ID, and got my TV in seconds—what a great experience. As for the TV, it's everything we wanted. As others mention the remote lacks a number pad which is a negative.

Easy to setup. Remote can be downloaded through app on phone. No more searching for the remote! Screen is amazing... Easy to stream all of my content.

It took a while to set up, but that was due to the TV updating, so no really big deal. Navigating the menu was quite simple and the picture looks and sounds great.

We bought this for a guest room, and we are pleased so far. It has a crisp picture quality, and the set up was easy.

Except for setting it up to mesh with cable provider. The directions were very poorly written. Sound is great for the size of speakers and picture is exceptional. These qualities make it excellent, but I would rate the set up as 1 star.

The picture quality is excellent. The amount of apps on the television gives us a variety of shows to watch.

A decent TV for the price. What i didnt realize is that even though it is a smart TV with onky 1080p resolution, there is a bar at the top and bottom of the screen that only goes away with 4k resolution or higher. Significantly cuts down on viewing area. Problem solved with a 4k Firestick. If i had been advised of this up front when talking with Best Buy sales person i would have bought higher resolution TV.

It's a nice TV for the money. A good value. However, it would not accommodate new apps like the Spectrum app I wanted so I returned it for another TV that would allow the Spectrum app to be added.

It's very good! The picture is sharp. The speakers are poor I wish it had rca jacks like my old set!

We purchased this TV to go in our home gym and it's the perfect size. It was a good price for nice quality picture and sound. I only use streaming services- streaming live TV and Netflix while I workout, but it's perfect for our needs.

Was looking for something to replace my older LG and this fits that need! Not the best audio but it works for me, setup was simple and screen size and quality is pretty good for the price. (Bought it during Super Bowl sale week)

I really love this Vizio TV. I purchased it to be used for gaming on xbox for my kids. They love it and I love the quality of this tv. When the kids are not using it; I use it, the built in apps are awesome! I would definitely recommend!

I purchased an open box in excellent condition. The TV was practically new and I am very satisfied with the picture quality and the sound. Great deal!

The Tv was a perfect replacement for an older Vizio that was starting to show its age. Plus it was a dumb TV. One that was made before you could access apps.

I needed a tv for my garage , it’s the perfect little tv that keeps me in the garage longer than I should be . The picture looks great and I can’t say enough great things about it ; I’m very satisfied !
