I bought the first one because of price. I bought the second Visio because I liked the first one. I have had no problems with either. The picture and sound are both great.

Good value, bad remote

Had to go to YouTube to figure out how to open it to put the batter inside. I was far from the only person that had to do this based on the comments. Also don't like that the remote does not have a number pad or easy to use rewind and fast forward buttons. Prefer Samsung remotes over Vizio and Roku.
