I purchased a 32" Vizio from Best Buy in Mira Mesa, Ca. It lasted for almost amonth before my inputs malfunctioned. Both HDMI ports went bad and i couldn't use the tv. I brought it back and the Customer Service was Excellent. They took care of me and my tv. I walked out of there with an exchange and have been happy with my purchase. I was happy with the tv before it broke. So far so good! No problems with my tv. Thank Yoh Best Buy! I will definately buy some more stuff from the store in Mira Mesa, Ca.

However, it will not ket you opt out of privacy invasive information gathering, unlike most other tv brands. It also requires an app to screen mirror, which does not always work. I do not personally recommend it, due to these issues.

Favorites never loaded on startup. Remote awful. Buttons too close and missing previous, channel up/down, etc. Replace with the XRET140 for a few $. Sound is raspy. Picture does not adapt to ambient light. Apps are little value and can't add others.

The main screen of the TV is difficult to maneuver. I would have returned if I had seen how short the return time was, but I was trying hard to use and adjust to the difference. NOT A FAN! Not thrilled with "smart tv."

He mostly uses it for youtube and gaming. So far it has been great. I really like the smaller remote. I also downloaded the app so I can turn the volume down or the tv off from my room.
