    I wasn’t aware that this tv did not come with a conventional remote control. Had I would have known I would not have purchased it. There were no sales people to be found to ask question. Very disappointed with the lack of help

    This Vizio is the worst TV I've ever purchased. I have a Sony A80J OLED for my main great room tv and love it. I bought the Vizio to simply replace a guest room TV. That TV was actually a 32 inch Vizio I bought in 2014. It actually was a decent TV but the capacitor was going out so wouldn't turn on. Well, that Vizio TV, 10 years old was superb compared to this model. This model has the worst washout viewing angle. I know LED, especially VA panels are known for this, but if I moved my head only 6 inches off center, faces turned pasty white and all the color faded. Just awful. Then the black and dark color were crushed to bad you couldn't see any detail at all. I wanted a simple TV that is rarely used and this couldn't even fit the bill. I just bought another Sony X77L which is a entry level 4K, but like I mentioned, it is for a guest room. For $200 dollars more, I have an awesome TV that actually produced good pictures, color etc. Sorry Vizio, you used to be a good company and still produce pretty good soundbars, but your TVs suck and have for several years..
