The top half worked fine. I went online to search for this problem and learned from the online information that this is a fairly common problem with VIZIO TVs. The Sharp HD TV that I had lasted 16 years. This VIZIO TV lasted a year and a half before I had to throw it in a landfill.

Very disappointing as I liked the price and size of the tv! It’s not Best Buy’s fault at all. Vizio makes it difficult and a multi step process rather than Samsung that was so simple so I bought another Samsung to replace my old one. If you are wed to google in general you’ll like this tv.

It was easy to set up, load our home wifi and streaming services and the picture is not bad, she is very happy.
