    No sound. Set up the television turned up the volume, and there was no sound. Returning to Best Buy.

    From day 1 we had issues Starting with the set up then within a few days black lines starting showing, tried troubleshooting, unplug it and nothing. Now it doesn’t even turn on, what a waste of money and it was a gift for my mom.

    Sound is tinny. The earlier version was better. Did try the bass and treble

    fair because the sound is in the back so you have to turn it to 90 to hear and also after you turn the tv off the tv start flashing lights like they are taking pictures of you

    I have to unplug it nightly because it comes on by itself. The sound is not good, I have to turn it up to the highest level to get a good sound.

    If I would not have my Ruko express from my other tv I would take this one back. It doesn't have Britbox on it, and no way to add the app. Also I can not get the internet on this tv as I do my Firetv.

    Worst TV I have ever owned, voice terrible, my 12 year old tv had a better picture and it is a pain to get on to regular TV

    I've always liked Vizio but not this tv. It was nothing but problems from day one. I ended up returning it because it was such a pain to deal with.

    Tv not working properly. Screws missing for feet so wanted me to drive all the way back to the store 1/2 hour away. When I got there no screws so they wanted me to return whole tv to swap. This would have been 3rd trip. Hassle.
