Great Value-Great Picture

But, found this one and it is just as good as the other. We have Visio TVs from Best Buy at ll of our locations.

Pretty crappy service and product

When it failed in service (in less than 3 months!!) Best Buy AND the Vizio couldn't get their act together to REPLACE it------------Best Buy only offered a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price------NOT A REPLACEMENT!! TOTALLYT unacceptable!! The Store Manager however, thought that WARRANTIES SHOULD be honored and did obtain a replacement TV, I'm holding my breath and hoping it lasts longer than the original.

Poor pixel quality, and different mounting std

The screws are a smaller size on the Vizio aand the mixing holes are 4-6" lower on the back of the new TV. So now we have to buy a new mount ss well. The pixel quality is low on darker scenes. The set up was very easy as well as the connectivity to Xfinity and streaming services.

My sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had Geek Squad help with connecting the Television to my cable. Overall, it was nothing short of a very satisfying experience.

Good Tv gets the job done

Its HD enough and is a smart tv so thats cool. The only thing is you cant plug an ethernet cord it has to have Wifi connection or cable. So be aware of that but other than that i gove the TV a 10/10. Just buy brand new because i brought open box and it was missing some screws. If you buy open box its still okay just make sure everything is in the box first.

Great display with horrible , don't buy.

Screen, sound, interface, etc are actually great on this device but there is a major Achilles heal... Performance and bugs. I tried changing all the settings recommended and even master reset. One of the most annoying issues is the random powering on after you powered it off. The worst problem is the performance of the user interface, which itself is nice. Turning on the TV is extremely slow when it works, sometimes it just stays at a gray screen where it's just frozen. Restarting or switching to an app then returning to the main interface will usually clear it up but it happens very frequently. You definitely get what you pay for with this TV compared to other options, budget price for a subpar budget performance. Sadly the physical hardware, screen and sound, is great but is taken down by an unacceptably slow performance and buggy software. If a software update could fix this I would recommend this TV but the current performance but for now put your money elsewhere.

Returned damage Vizio TV .

I like Vizio TVs but since I found out Vizio has been tracking what customers watch, and etc. I am not sure I would buy another Vizio . My other Vizio TV sound is horrible and the picture goes out every once in a while only a year old.
