Missing Screws for the stands

Posted .Our apologies that your TV didn't come with the screws. If you purchased it as an open box item, it's possible that something happened to remove the accessories that was outside of our control. This TV uses four screws that are size T4 with a 17mm length. If you could contact our customer service team at 855-833-3221, we'd be happy to see if we can get you some screws.

First time I ever hated a TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned a lot of TVs in my time and have never hated one. Till now. We wanted to put a TV in the Kitchen/Dining Room and the picture looked pretty good in the Best Buy showroom. The picture looks pretty good at home, too. That's about it on the positive side, and only reason I didn't give it 1 star. On the downside: It takes forever to turn on. It sometimes goes black when I go to change the source and until I've randomly hit buttons on the extremely un-ergonomic remote (more later on that) I don't even know if it's on or off. Full of bloatware and since it's called a TV, you'd think watching TV (digital off-air) should be easy. It's not. It's apparently considered the lowest of the low priorities. Speakers barely sound better than a pair of earbuds plugged in with volume turned all the way up. The remote: oddly slippery - like a wet bar of soap. As a result, very awkward to use with just one hand. Last time I'll consider a Vizio.
