Slow Operation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased 2 D Series Vizios, 32" and 40". No complaints about picture quality or sound. Very light, was able to wall mount by myself. The issue I have, and I have contacted Vizio multiple times with no resolution, slow operation between apps and channels on both TV's. Sometimes 2-3 seconds. I have restarted, with updated and everything the phone tech has suggested. The last session ended with no result and basically the tech telling me they were done dealing with me. I have a 10 yr old Panasonic Tv operation with a Roku box that operates way faster than either Vizio.

I’ve been shopping at BestBuy since 2010 and they’ve never stared me wrong.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the Vizio D series Smart TV 2 stars for 3 reasons. 1. The TV is NOT blue tooth capable. You have to buy another item to plug into the back for this capability. 2. There are no instructions included in the box to help you to understand all its features. All is said to download manual on internet which consist of turning the TV on and off and where to hook satellite and antenna. About 2 pages. 3. The salesman at Best Buy was misleading. I specifically asked if TV had blue tooth and was told yes. But it doesn’t! Would have never bought the tv for that reason. Good picture but not worth the money with all the extras you have to buy to have a smart tv!

Sound cuts out inadvertently from time to time. Vizio has fixes online—some help, some don’t. Also sometimes it won’t turn off with the power button, and you have to unplug it and plug it back in.

Only issue is that the audio can be finicky. I've tried messing with it to make it sound less muffled, but alas, it seems to be stuck like this.
