The BB installers did an excellent job. The tv itself has great quality. Lovely picture, great sound. It's been great for streaming!

They have great quality and love the cast ability but even better they are a great price point especially with this 70”. I’m getting another for my bedroom.

TV will randomly not turn on or let you change what menu you’re on. Have had issues with sound dropping out mid show. When it works, it’s great. Just wish it was more consistent.

The remote for the tv works maybe 10% of the time. When the remote keys do respond, they do not respond to the keys you press. The audio from the tv also never aligns to anything you are watching, which is incredibly difficult to adjust due to the adjust mentioned above. Finally, the different apps within the actual tv crash at least once pretty consistently in any normal viewing experience. Also make sure you return within 2 weeks, not 30 days as is customary as Best Buy has already let me know I can’t return this anymore. Aside from that, the picture looks great!
